金管會2日宣布，已同意國泰世華商業銀行申請赴大陸地區設立上海分行自貿區支行，也成為首家經該會同意赴大陸地區上海自貿區設立分支機構的本國銀行。

金管會表示，國泰世華銀行上海分行自貿區支行可從事的業務範圍，雖然與上海分行相同，不過，自貿區支行的業務重點在於跨境投資、跨境貿易業務、開放投資融資匯兌等方面，主要是自貿區支行可以辦理跨境貿易融資，滿足客戶收付結算需求，提供人民幣與外幣資金自由匯兌，協助客戶建置人民幣資金管理帳戶，充裕人民幣資金來源，透過該支行與總行間進行資金拆借的方式，將可增加人民幣資金回流的管道。

其實，目前本國銀行除赴大陸設立分行外，還可設立支行、子銀行及村鎮銀行。金管會指出，目前包括第一銀行、國泰世華銀行、彰化銀行、台灣土地銀行、合作金庫銀行、華南銀行、中國信託商業銀行、兆豐銀行、台灣銀行、玉山銀行及台灣中小企業銀行等11家銀行在大陸設立分行，而且這些國銀大陸分行2013年10月底均有盈餘。

另外，第一銀行、國泰世華銀行、彰化銀行、台灣土地銀行、合作金庫銀行、華南銀行等6家銀行申請設立大陸地區第2家分行，也都已向陸方完成遞件。

除了在大陸設立分行之外，金管會也同意金融機構可赴大陸地區申請設立支行者，包括國泰世華銀行上海分行閔行支行、彰化銀行昆山分行花橋支行、合庫銀行蘇州分行高新支行、華南銀行深圳分行寶安支行、兆豐銀行蘇州分行吳江支行及玉山銀行東莞分行長安支行等6家，其中國泰世華銀行上海分行閔行支行已獲陸方核准籌建中；彰化銀行花橋支行及合庫銀行高新支行在2013年10月12日開業；華南銀行深圳分行寶安支行也在2013年12月10日開業。

同時，金管會也已核准永豐銀行在大陸地區南京設立子行及富邦金控與其旗下子公司台北富邦銀行收購大陸地區華一銀行。永豐銀行南京子行方獲陸方核准籌建，華一銀行收購案也已獲陸方核准。此外，金管會也已核准第一銀行在河南省設立村鎮銀行。

目前配備如下 CPU: AMD X4 640 MB: ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO HDD: SATA *2 + IDE*1 PSU: 連鈺 核電廠 350W (XD) 目前手邊有張GTX 275想換上， 想請問450W的POWER夠用嗎? 預算大概2~3K， 不知道哪顆POWER比較推薦呢@@? 黑武士? 黑騎士? 金鈦極(500W)? 也有想說換瓦數小一點的POWER再去2手板買張6670之類的顯卡， 想請問哪種方式是各位比較推薦的呢?? 新聞來源：【聯合報╱記者梅衍儂／高雄報導】 五月天、5566兩團聯手，要給歌迷十全十美的2014！昨五月天高雄演唱第2場請來已解散 的本土團體5566，兩團合唱5566經典歌曲「我難過」，氣氛達到最高點。兩團10多年前 出道，算是同期對手，歌迷常在網路上較勁，此次牽線，竟緣起於PTT八卦版。 八卦版反諷5566成風氣，也有網友諷五月天是「背著吉他的5566」，阿信去年3月在八卦 版回文：「不管五月天早生30年、晚生30年，都離披頭四遠遠的啊，除非……我說除非 ，我們能生出一首像『我難過』這樣的神曲啊。56魂不能亡。」網友回響熱烈。 相信音樂營運長謝芝芬突發奇想，在臉書表示想邀5566當五月天的嘉賓，便和經紀人小 刀聯繫，對方一口答應，允諾找齊團員。 5566暌違4年重聚，沾光五月天站上5萬人舞台，昨除小刀未上台，孫協志、王仁甫、許 孟哲、王少偉與五月天合唱「無所謂」、「我難過」、「我不願讓你一個人」3首歌， 阿信笑說：「今天我們要來報10年前的仇，勢必加倍奉還！」 小刀昨在後台表示自己現在不是藝人，不適合上台。至於酬勞，小刀神秘一笑：「我只 能說他們對我們很好。」據悉相信音樂給6位數唱酬，是5566開價的兩倍。 事前五月天對5566當嘉賓一事保密到家，即便媒體搶先曝光破哏，前晚五月天仍表示： 「怎麼可能請到5566當嘉賓！」維護歌迷驚喜；5566昨坐高鐵南下，高調合照，王仁甫 在微博留言：「Ready for mayday，五月天我來了！」歌迷認為有藉五月天炒作之嫌， 疑5566為復出鋪路。 5566發言人孫德榮表示兩團原本交情就不錯，「本土偶像對本土搖滾天團，和5566同台 對五月天來說也是里程碑。」昨小刀未上台，5566嚴格說不能算是全員合體。今年是否 考慮復出？孫德榮說：「今年5月或6月將在台北小巨蛋辦復出演唱會，門票所得將捐入 5566成立的醫療基金會。」並透露將至新加坡、上海、廣州巡演。 【2014/01/02 聯合報】@ http://udn.com/ http://udn.com/NEWS/ENTERTAINMENT/ENT6/8398244.shtml#ixzz2pDHJfIUI -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.249.196.55

春節車票 台鐵7日開訂

台鐵今年春節假期（一月二十八日至二月五日）間車票將於七日○時開放使用網路、電話語音及超商訂購，台鐵局昨（一）日宣布，今年除了全線加開五百四十列次，在旅運需求最大的東部幹線還將與首都、葛瑪蘭客運合作辦理鐵公路聯運。

台鐵局一月二十八日至二月五日九天，全線將加開各級列車共五百四十列次；東部幹線（含南迴線）加開三百九十四列次、西部幹線加開一百四十六列次。另外，全線各級列車總共將加掛八百九十輛次車廂，東部幹線（含南迴線）加掛七百九十三輛次、西部幹線加掛九十七輛次進行疏運。

今年台鐵局也與行駛台北－宜蘭的國道客運業者首都、葛瑪蘭客運合作辦理鐵公路聯運，旅客只要購買聯運票就能以台北－花蓮間自強號五折票價返鄉及出遊。台鐵局表示，台鐵與首都聯運票價兩百零九元、葛瑪蘭聯運票價兩百二十二元；民眾只要在台北轉運站搭乘國道客運後，前往羅東轉搭區間快車（或加價搭乘對號列車）就能便宜返鄉。

今年春節疏運期間台鐵也開行許多優惠列車，包含二十九日加開樹林往花蓮及高雄往台東的自強號優惠夜車（紅眼列車）各一列次，票價只要原價的七折；另外，九天輸運期間每日都將加開新竹－花蓮間直達對號快車往返各兩列次，並提供台北─宜蘭一百元及台北─花蓮兩百元的優惠票價。

另外，為配合春節疏運，一月三十日至二月四日六天，台鐵局PP自強號快遞業務，北上兩列次及下行兩列次將暫停辦理，其餘車次則維持正常。
