心酸！ 五月天演唱會工讀生時薪不到90 新聞來源：TVBS 2014年01月01日 下午19:34 勞工最低薪資從元旦起從109元調到115元，但卻有人在跨年夜和元旦連最基本的保障都領 不到，而且還是在備受矚目的五月天世運演唱會，有工讀生爆料，連續2天在高雄世運演 唱會工作，領到的薪水都不到90元，五月天的經紀公司相信音樂回應，工讀生的人力調度 外包給活動企劃公司，對細節不清楚，但若有此事，一定會深入追查。 五月天開唱，感動台下所有人，成功演唱會背後總有一群辛苦的工作人員，卻有人投訴， 當五月天2場在世運演唱會的工讀生，是做廉價勞工。受訪者：「我們工作11小時，可是 他(活動企劃公司)說只給950，100元也好，可是連100元都不到。」 連續2天都領不到最低薪資，投訴人秀出當時的徵人簡訊，若是以早班來說，早上10點半 到班，上到凌晨2點，共16個小時， 一天薪資卻只有1400元，等於薪水一小時只有87元。 工作人員：「今天這個證，麻煩你看好。」 直接到演唱會工讀生的工作區，發現所有人都被分成搖滾區、座位區等不同組別，大部分 人的工作都得長時間站著，很耗費體力，保守估計現場200名工讀生，若是都受到同樣待 遇，相關單位就省了近15萬。 對此，相信音樂回應，現場工讀生的調度是外包給活動公司，不清楚相關細節，而實際找 上負責分配工讀生的偉漪活動企劃，得到了這樣的答案。偉漪活動企劃吳昇峯：「薪水的 部分按照勞基法。」 雖然活動企劃公司強調一切符合勞基法，有照實給薪水，但打工族卻說，沒拿到該有的薪 資，雙方爭執沒有定論，但是工讀生低薪待遇，也隨著五月天的歌聲擴散在各個校園內。 ﹝原文網址﹞http://goo.gl/PqIeUd (內有新聞影片) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.247.101

記者吳政紘／台北報導 關於體育署召開協調會並要求棒協與中職坐下來好好談，目標備戰仁川亞運，第1次協調 會中職完全沒派人參加，不過在1月2日，雙方將進行第2次協調會。 由於今年WBC經典賽由中職主導，不管是在許多國內小細節部分都讓球員十分安心拚戰， 但是也引發出一些問題，就是保險與球員利益方面的爭議。 經典賽是大聯盟所官方主導的賽事，也是「擁有營收」的賽事，並非亞奧運等傳統賽事。 日本職棒球員工會在打經典賽前就有過抗爭，認為最後的利益分配有出入，最後經過協調 ，雙方才達成協議。 其實要球員出賽代表國家，每位球員都十分樂意，但是提到基本的合約(是否有中文譯本) 等與保險金額，這就跟球員工會認知有所出入。 身為球員工會副理事長，也同樣是經典賽主戰捕手高志綱也提出自己的看法。 「我們只是想要安心在場上比賽，不過實際的保險費用對我們來說真的有所落差，希望未 來主導單位可以更用心，更為球員著想。」 此外，WBC經典賽販售商品部份，關於球員背號T恤等，由於涉及到球員本身象徵等號碼與 名字，未來若是有此「商業行為」，也應該讓球員可以得到應有的分配，更直接可以回饋 到球員本身身上。 或許在打亞運之前，中職與棒協可以考慮成立像日本武士這樣的聯合組織，停止分裂，回 到原點，重新考慮從下到上的國家隊組成，為未來的新中華隊再次努力。 http://www.nownews.com/n/2013/12/31/1073109/2 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.134.90

走過完整球季　增菘瑋心情篤定 記者吳婷雯／龍潭報導 回到中華職棒，終於在去年投出完整球季，增菘瑋1日報到時，心情也比往年更加輕鬆 ，雖然薪水還未定，但他並不擔憂，「就看新球隊怎麼評估，來到球場不能受其他事 影響。」 中信兄弟選在2014年第1天，展開投手報到日，希望球員能提早收心，備戰新球季，儘 管休假多時，但大部分的選手早已有備而來，總教練謝長亨說從傳接球的情形，就能 看出投手在這段時間有沒有自主訓練。 增菘瑋是被「草總」點名狀況維持不錯的球員，他去年出賽28場，拿下10勝、防禦率 3.85的成績，也入圍多項年度獎項，儘管最後在典禮上空手而回，但增菘瑋不氣餒， 季末仍與隊友王勝偉南下在高雄練球。 「今年自主訓練其實和先前沒有什麼不同，但做的更扎實，所以回來報到心情很輕鬆 ，不用擔心會跟不上別人。」增菘瑋說。 他返台首年月薪16萬，2012年剩下11.2萬，去年12萬，本季有望再回升，但增菘瑋說 自己沒有特別的想法，就等著和球團討論。 介紹，日前與好友王勝偉前往桃園縣大成國中，分享從小打棒球的心路歷程。 增菘瑋認為這是去年季末最特別的經驗之一，「第一次在這麼多人面前講述自己的故 事，也跟小朋友分享信仰對我的影響，希望能鼓勵他們遇到挫折時，不要輕易放棄。 」 http://www.ettoday.net/news/20140101/312128.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.241.48.97

林煜清新球季新目標　拚防禦率王、2位數勝投 記者許雅筑／龍潭報導 象隊投手元旦開訓，林煜清迎接職棒生涯第3個球季，訂下2位數勝投及防禦率王的目 標，也想改善去年保送太多的缺點。 前年林煜清菜鳥球季，投147.1局，8勝11敗，防禦率3.9，季後遭減薪1萬，去年年薪 為11萬；去年他投157.2局，象隊陣中最多，也是聯盟第2，僅次於Lamigo桃猿雷力的 218局，10勝10敗，防禦率3.42。 林煜清表示：「去年成績比前年好很多，目前透過經紀代表和球隊談薪，薪水應不會 差太多。」中信接手象隊後，包含陣中球員、選秀新人及自由球員周思齊，都還未談 薪，僅和經紀人初步溝通，因此元旦投手開訓，只有陣中球員出席。 林煜清去年11月中就開始自主訓練，11月底入伍服補充役，因此理了個大平頭，展望 新球季，林煜清表示：「去年保送太多，想投邊邊角角，結果造成自己麻煩，新球季 要求自己先搶好球數，也希望投球局數可以多一些，早期很多前輩都是完投。」 去年季後各隊釋出不少球員，選秀也補進新秀，新球季各隊陣容變動不小，林煜清說 ：「各隊變強，自己也要更進步，才不會對上幾次，就被對手摸透。」林煜清也透露 ，有點想投開幕戰先發，不過還是看教練安排。 http://www.ettoday.net/news/20140101/312141.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.241.48.97

【蘇威全╱綜合報導】日本夯團「放浪兄弟」成員MATSU選在今天元旦，與交往7年、小9歲的圈外女友登記結婚。他今天在該團的官網宣布喜訊，表示兩人2006年認識交往至今，去年7月已先訂婚，決定選在2014年的第一天成為人生伴侶。
 
38歲的MATSU，從10幾歲就罹患因免疫系統失調引起的「貝賽特氏症」，兩人認識交往那年，他的症狀惡化，左眼視力退化到幾乎看不見，所幸有女友一路扶持、照顧，他才能兼顧演藝工作。他表示：「她對我來說，是不可或缺的存在，我們會攜手建立幸福家庭，同心協力努力生活。」
