衣索比亞外長亞德漢農（Tedros Adhanom）今天表示，南蘇丹政府與叛軍的代表，將於明天抵達衣索比亞，參與和平會談，較原計畫時間晚一天。

南蘇丹政府與效忠前副總統馬查爾（Riek Machar）的叛軍正在瓊萊省（Jonglei）首府博爾（Bor）激戰，以爭奪這個重鎮。

亞德漢農從衣索比亞首都阿迪斯阿貝巴（Addis Ababa）以電話告訴路透社：「我擔心博爾的持續戰鬥可能使會談無法展開。」

目前擔任東非國家組成的政府間發展組織（IGAD）主席的亞德漢農表示：「希望兩造的代表團明天抵達，展開會談，一勞永逸的解決這個問題。」

政府間發展組織今天表示，南蘇丹政府與叛軍已同意停火，並準備會談以終結暴力衝突。

政府間發展組織發布聲明說：「基爾總統（SalvaKiir Mayardit）和馬查爾博士同意停止戰事，並指派談判代表推動受監控和能落實的停火。」

停火究竟何時生效，細節還不清楚。政府間發展組織一直在南蘇丹交戰雙方間調停。

基爾15日指控前副總統馬查爾發動政變，引發致命衝突，並造成上千人喪生，令世界最新獨立國南蘇丹陷入混亂。

基爾原先是蘇丹叛軍領袖，於2011年南蘇丹正式獨立前當選總統。

算出這個梯形面積就是三秒內的位移 也就是 (V+V+a)/2=8

第四秒內以此類推 也就是(V+a+V+2a)/2=10 求得a=2 V=7

由於我設的V是第二秒末速 所以要減兩倍加速度 7-2a= 3 m/s
