Dear 大大
因為我有一件車禍,讓我覺得很煩

當天我開車等綠燈要直行,停紅綠燈時右側有一輛機車
一綠燈,他就騎到我前方要左轉,我也讓他過了,那邊不需要待轉
當然我開車的方向依然直行時數只有10而已
結果沒有想到他不想要左轉了又切回直行
直接撞上我的左側保險桿,下巴一半被拉下來
事發當天,下雨,但是視線良好,結果我眼睜睜的看到機車若無其事的騎走了
原本我想要下車看,但那邊車輛實在是車水馬龍,且隔一條馬路我就到家了
心想著,若汽車掉漆,我就自認倒楣去烤漆,回家停完車,我才發現下巴掉了一半

後來回家我就把行車紀錄器調出來很確定是他的問題,行車方向不定,
去警察局備案,過兩天也找到當事人,原本已經談好賠償事宜
我稟以和為貴的想法,結果晚上他家人又有問題,就一直出爾反爾,
又說我沒有保持安全距離,但根本就不是我撞上他的,
是機車來撞我的,我只是想要趕快把車子修好,因上班在桃園,
每天都要用車,但對方又要申請調解,我真的覺得很麻煩
我本身要上班晚上還要上課,真的沒有甚麼閒工夫陪他們耗,
車子到現在也沒辦法修,因為我保險剛好到期一個多月,
保險公司也沒辦法幫我處理,
對方要調解又要鑑定,我的車子什麼時候可以修?
有沒有快速的方法,不需要跟他們耗,謝謝

目前我只是沒當下報警吃虧而已,所有影片跟車子損傷都足以證明他來撞我的

有人知道中山捷運站跟忠孝敦化站,都有出現MIDO的廣告,他們的錶款是我跟我哥都很喜歡,但是為什麼她背景都有建築物啊?我記得大部份的很多都是花花草草或者是人當背景之類的,我個人是覺得很好奇
