我是第一次使用智慧型手機 想請問一下 手機連接電腦需要驅動程式嗎 或是需要從手機哪邊開啟這個功能? 因為目前接上USB後 可以充電 但是電腦中沒看到手機的裝置 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.173.5.3

標題[問題] 人因平板MD1028的評價

最近想找個平板讓母親殺時間使用 爬了些文知道人因有些機型是沒有Google Play的 因此想請問 MD1028 此款是否有內建呢? (不太想為事後安裝而傷神) 還有,如果以極輕度玩家使用(滑滑小遊戲,看看u tube) 不知道各位玩家對此機型的評價如何? 或者相近的價格帶有哪些較好的選擇呢?(方便保固) 謝謝大家! -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.142.186.163

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】環保署中午宣布，由於寒流挾帶境外污染物影響持續減緩，各地空氣品質逐漸恢復平常型態，解除本次預警。

中國大陸污染物昨隨著寒流南下，使全台呈現空氣品質不良等級，環保署說，今日起北部及中部地區已恢復平常型態，但高屏地區受地形因素限制，大氣擴散條件不佳，未來1、2天空氣中的懸浮微粒仍有可能偏高，民眾可上環保署空氣品質監測網http://taqm.epa.gov.tw查詢。

目前全台各地空氣品質已經逐漸恢復平常型態。翻自環保署網站

高雄首座企業捐贈圖書館　媲美代官山蔦屋書店

【周昭平／高雄報導】已故企業家李科永後輩捐助成立的李科永文教基金會，捐助8000萬元給高雄市圖書館，在中央公園調色板兒童玩具圖書館現址，打造全新三層樓高的李科永紀念圖書館，是高雄首座由企業捐贈興建的圖書館，今天上午舉辦動土典禮。

建築師陳志靖說，為讓圖書館與中央公園樹林公園景觀配合，建築興建會保留老樹綠林，有閱覽室和書庫，大片落地窗將窗景納入，將媲美東京代官山知名的蔦屋書店，也希望成為運動長者的中央公園客廳，多進來坐坐閱讀。

市長陳菊說，近年來全市每年至少增加一座全新圖書館，目前已有61座，強調知識投資的必要，多閱讀有知識才有更美好明天，圖書館越多越好。

圖書館館長施純福說，這座圖書館定位為社區型，藏書約五萬冊，配合鄰近的文學館，提供民眾優質圖書閱讀環境，預計明年底完工啟用。

台北車展登場　法拉利超跑沒車模依舊吸睛

【朱正庭／台北報導】台北車展今正式開幕，上午開展前吸引2、300人排隊準備進場，主辦單位推初前百位排隊民眾可抽汽車精品福袋，後由36歲的金融業者念文正抽中最大獎、價值1萬5千元法拉利鋁合金折疊車。

展場有許多熱門車吸引車迷搶拍，例如首度參展的法拉利，雖沒有車模助陣，但包含458 Speciale超跑在內等罕見超跑仍吸睛，車前隨時都擠著6、70人拍照。主辦單位表示，今上午人潮是近年首日最佳，估整天參觀人數可超過4萬人。

我的車子是1989年的corona(手排)，剛接手不久 天冷的時候，原本車主有交待發動前踩幾下油門會比較好發 但是前ㄧ陣子入冬之後，就算發動前踩幾下， 發動之後也是一下就熄火了，得要發動後先輕踩油門 讓轉速維持在1500左右持續約30秒，才不會熄火 想請問這樣是正常的嗎？ 是否需要檢修?? 還有，這台車是使用化油器而非噴射 所以起步前要先熱車五分鐘是正確的嗎？ 謝謝各位指教 ----- Sent from JPTT on my HTC One X. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.74.103.178

跨年交管看仔細 車輛別亂闖

　　跨年夜四處「人滿為患」，為了避免人潮「擠爆」活動現場，各地縣市政府祭出交通管制，像是台北市、台中市、高雄市等熱門跨年地區，均將分階段限制車輛進出，並鼓勵民眾可搭乘大眾運輸工具前往活動現場。

　　台北市跨年晚會熱門地點的信義計畫區，因應活動參觀人潮，周邊道路從31日晚上7點起，將配合實施3階段交通管制。其中，第1階段為晚間7點到8點，包含基隆路、仁愛路、忠孝東路、松仁路、信義路、松壽路及市府路等區域內，限制車輛只進不出。

　　第2階段則是晚上8點到10點期間，除了第1階段的管制範圍外，將再納入逸仙路及仁愛路。第3階段為從晚間8點到隔天元旦凌晨3點，光復南路、忠孝東路、忠孝東路5段236巷、松德路、信義路、基隆路、松仁路及莊敬路等區域，將開始禁止車輛進出，管制基隆路雙向車行地下道，僅南往北長隧道開放汽機車行駛。

　　由於跨年活動人潮眾多，為考量安全性，台北市政府表示，管制區域內全面禁止騎乘自行車，微笑單車租借站也將配合活動進行分階段管制，31日晚上5點開始，信義計畫區周圍13站暫停營運；晚間8點將再增加市政府站、信義敦化路口2站。預計在元旦當天早上6點起，才會恢復正常營運。

　　台中市跨年晚會於台灣體育運動大學體育場及大甲體育場登場，預估將吸引數萬民眾參與，所以從31日早上9點到元旦凌晨1點為止，分階段進行交通管制。第1階段將管制北起錦新街口南至育才北路口，第2階段為下午5點到隔日凌晨1點，包含力行街、雙十、錦南、錦新、育才北、育才街、一中街、太平路、電台街、水源路等路段，將全面限制車輛進出。

　　高雄市的夢時代從即日起到明(2014)年1月4日凌晨12點為止，時代大道管制封閉。其中從12月30日凌晨12點到元旦凌晨3點，成功二路以東、復興三路以南、中山三路以西、新凱旋四路以北，實施3階段交通管制，除了公車、客運等大客車、救護車外，其他車輛禁止進入，周邊人行道全面禁止停車，否則將取締並拖吊。

　　義大世界跨年晚會則是從31日下午6點到隔日凌晨3點，進行3階段交通管制，第1階段從下午6點起，管制自小客車進入；第2階段為凌晨12點開始，限定接駁車、機車離場；第3階段凌晨1點半後，自小客車才能開始離場。
