標題[問題] 馬自達原廠維修廠鼓吹保險與保固一問

最近幾次家母去保養Mazda5，約一年三個月（桃園八德的維修廠） 技師一直鼓吹她買保險，說便宜可以保障很多零件 其實買保險不是問題，而是他說變速箱三年過保之後，就容易壞，很多人的變速箱都會壞 想請問馬自達品質有這麼差嗎？還是技師推保險用錯話術呢？這樣我反而對他的組裝與零配件品質不敢恭維。 另外就是請問一下保固範圍 家母一直想要去熟識的民間保養廠保養，原廠實在太貴，我知道這樣會有保固問題，但是原本的保固也很刁，技師說像是傳動軸，那個是使用者的問題，才會造成磨損速度不同，這不會有保固。 還有就是最近怠速有點抖動，里程約三萬四，技師就說是積碳要清，但今天另一台過保的Tiida去民間保養廠保養時，老闆說：「才新車三萬多，怎麼可能會積碳？」 這也讓我們蠻困惑的，到底是原廠技師在坑還是啥問題？ -- Sent from my iPhone -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.0.248.226

穩健健保　總統：不能建立在醫護人員過勞

【陳郁仁／台北報導】總統馬英九今早接見來訪的國際護理協會(ICN)理事長夏門(Judith Shamian)博士等人時表示，台灣的護理人員面臨工作過勞、考上護理證照的人不願執業、醫院護理人員缺乏等問題，所以我國採取相關改革。馬總統也強調，我國正在思考如何讓健保更穩定，不過這穩定不能建立在醫護人員過勞或薪資不足的情況下，而是政府要運用財源加以改善。

馬總統說，台灣的健保提供人民安全網，但醫護人員的工作條件急需改善，我們最近實施的補充保費制度已經讓健保在民國105年前不會再虧損，會利用這時間思考如何讓健保更穩定。

面對服貿衝擊　龍應台：將宣傳台灣印刷品質

【陳威廷／台北報導】兩岸服務貿易協議將印刷與翻譯列為討論開放項目，國內出版業憂心將打擊國內出版市場。文化部長龍應台上午在立法院教育及文化委員會中表示，印刷與翻譯業走向開放有助國際競爭，文化部準備與經濟部合作，明年台北國際書展中將大力宣傳台灣的印刷品質，希望搶攻紐澳美等國的印刷市場。

龍應台指出，澳洲、紐西蘭、美國等國家許多出版商已將印刷、翻譯工作移到香港、大陸、新加坡等國或地區，期望在較低的成本中找到更好的出版品質，面對大陸的低價成本，台灣印刷業更應加強品質才能面對競爭。

對於翻譯業，龍應台說，大陸有許多希伯來、土耳其等多種語言翻譯人才，台灣現在才開始培育各種語言的翻譯人才不太容易，歷來共補助321本書翻譯成10種語言，但成效不顯著，無法打入海外市場，重點還是加強通路體質的加強，讓台灣翻譯能順利走向國際。

國宅頂樓修繕掉漆　屋內下小雨得用水盆接

【林媛玲／台北報導】北市萬華區中正國宅專供中高齡與中低收入戶承租，但因房舍已有30多年歷史，年久失修下，住戶抱怨每到下雨時，屋外下大雨屋內就下小雨，原因是包商在今年10月在頂樓正進行防水工程時，將防水層刨除，卻沒有立即修復，現今僅用臨時防水漆塗上。住在12樓的周姓住戶說，只要下大雨，她家廚房及床鋪必定淹水，還需用水盆來接，十分不方便。

今早市議員郭昭巖與北市都發局前往現場會勘，許多住戶不斷抱怨市府做事慢吞吞，一個防水工程搞了3個多月都還沒搞定，導致現在天冷還須要面對冷濕濕的屋子，甚至電梯一天到晚故障，讓許多長者生活非常不便。

都發局回應表示，市府編列1千多萬元預算針對防漏及庭院等整修，因頂樓防水工程一直在等材料審查相關作業程序，日後會加強作業，預計明年農曆年前完成頂樓防水整修。
