雄檢查日月光案　關鍵代碼曝光

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄地檢署偵辦日月光污水案，上周日搜索後，連日對扣案的電子郵件、公司內部簽呈及監視錄影記錄分析解讀，已逐步還原10月1日K7廠排放強酸污水的原貌。檢方發現電子郵件中經常出現的「Cc to BS」，指的是該封郵件已轉寄給目前在押的廠務處長蘇炳碩，因此檢方認其知情，且極可能就是下達排污指令的人。

由於日月光基層員工的電子郵件系統設定保存期限為1個月，因此檢方搜索時許多員工的電子郵件已遭刪除，但蘇炳碩、副總林顯堂等人的層級較高，信件保留時間較長；上周日搜索時，日月光廠方似乎沒料到檢方會查扣電子郵件和監視錄影畫面，因此完整存取關鍵期日證據，而部分涉案人有簡訊刪除的情形，則屬個人行為，目前對檢方判讀證據沒有大礙。

檢方連日來比對日月光內部簽呈、電子郵件，已逐漸辨識相關人代號，如「BS」指的是蘇炳碩，「ST」則為副總經理林顯堂等。今天檢方傳喚廢水組主任蔡奇勳、專案工程師何登陽及證人風險管理部顏姓經理後，已釐清該公司排放毒水的經過、負責人員的層級及通報流程，對案情有極大助益。

查強酸污水　雄檢連搜2間電鍍廠

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄地檢署今除了搜索排放超毒的電鍍污水連益公司外，檢察官王建中也搜索一家位在橋頭的德鎂金屬表面處理廠，發現該廠無廢水排放許可而排放強酸水進典寶溪，搜索後帶回6名工作人員，目前仍在偵訊中。

本月17日環保局稽查時，當場發現德鎂員工將強酸廢水倒入典寶溪，環保局稽查人員直呼：「日月光事件鬧這麼兇，他們還敢偷排，是都不看新聞的嗎？」並當場依違反《水污法》勒令停工，並移送黃姓、張姓操作員，皆被2萬元交保，負責人蔡金滿原本不在國內，當晚一回國向檢方報到隨即被聲押，最後20萬元交保。

檢方今天發動搜索，發現德鎂未領有廢水排放許可證，且廠內有大批鹽酸，因此查扣帳冊以釐清工廠鹽酸進貨量，並帶回6名員工，瞭解各式電鍍時所需的鹽酸量和強酸水排放流向，以及暗管位置，全案依違反《水污染防治法》第36條偵辦，該法條規定無排放許可而排放有毒物質，負責人可處3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科20萬元以上100萬元以下罰金。

剛剛去轉了大省的購機約 根據板上的建議選了E2 因為要下班了就沒試機了 就麻煩櫃台幫我貼上保護貼 結果回來試 剛開機輸入GOOGLE帳號的時候就直接暗掉 只好再開機一次 結果又發生一次 想說可能電池不夠飽() 就接上電源充電器用 這次好像好一點 結果滑沒幾分鐘 就又關機了 感覺是接觸不良電池直接斷電那種 想說充飽一點用 然後待機狀態下他也關機 我決定放棄 心中幹意十足 幹~要不是S6沒貨了，沒得選擇才選E2 買S6發生這種是我還可以接受 E2啊!!!!是E2啊! 對ACER失望了 心中最嘔的是保貼 買S6我才不敢沒試機就上保貼 我現在有點歇斯底里 請各位板眾見諒 話說回來，我的E2是2013九月機 盒子上除了原廠封裝貼紙外，還有神腦的深藍色橢圓貼紙 這樣是正常的嗎? 下禮拜去換機，可以凹到免費的保貼嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.32.57
