深圳確診首例感染H7N9個案

大陸廣東深圳今天確診一例人感染H7N9禽流感病患，患者是卅八歲的男性，目前病情危重，這是廣東五天內發現的第四例人感染H7N9禽流病例。

【中央社／香港19日電】

中國大陸深圳市確診1起人類感染禽流感H7N9個案，這也是深圳首宗H7N9感染個案。

深圳新聞網今天報導，深圳市疾控中心向媒體通報這起H7N9首發個案。

據報導，患者為38歲男子，居住在深圳龍崗區南灣街道。他自9日起咳嗽，隨後住院，病情危重。

深圳市疾控中心專家表示，深圳隨時可能會有新增病例出現。

H7N9年初在上海市及浙江省等地爆發，隨後蔓延各地。最近1個月來，H7N9開始在廣東省爆發，先前在東莞及惠州等地陸續出現H7N9病例。

此外，香港有2人感染H7N9病毒，都是自廣東傳入，其中1名印尼籍女傭在深圳感染病毒。

【張麗娜／台北報導】總統馬英九日前下令速審兩岸服務貿易協議，國民黨有意於下周或於一月召開臨時會闖關，民進黨政策會執行長吳釗燮下午警告國民黨，千萬不要誤判情勢，目前立法院服貿協議公聽會才完成13場次，還有3個場次、許多產業界的聲音沒有在國會中呈現，國民黨卻打算撕毀朝野協商結論，強渡關山、草率通過服貿，「民進黨沒有妥協的空間」。

吳說，民進黨支持台灣與其他國家洽簽自由貿易協定，但任何協議事前要有完整評估，要與各產業諮商，程序要公開透明，而且要簽的公平、簽的合理，並有配套措施。

吳說，然而今年6月簽署的服貿協議，不但事前毫無政治、經濟及就業等影響評估作業，且台灣對中開放幅度遠比中國對台開放還要大，協議簽署後也無法改變中國服務業高度管制的現狀，加上中國藉由大量補貼國企對台灣企業造成不公平競爭，在兩岸經濟規模不對等、開放項目不對等、資訊透明不對等的情況下，一旦協議生效後，不但將形成少數獲利、全民遭殃的後果，且將引發另一波產業外移，衝擊台灣工作機會，破壞台灣市場秩序，形成親中利益集團，並踐踏民主核心價值。

指劉政鴻十大惡人 苗縣提告

（中央社記者管瑞平苗栗縣19日電）宅神朱學恒在網路票選十大惡人，被點名的苗栗縣長劉政鴻要求朱限期道歉未獲回應，今天苗栗縣府已委由律師處理提告事宜。

朱學恒日前舉辦2013年最具代表性的「十大惡人」網路票選活動，苗栗縣長劉政鴻遭列其中，引發劉政鴻不滿，16日要求朱學恒在2日內提出證據並說明原因，否則提出妨害名譽告訴。

劉政鴻表示，推動苗栗發展各項建設工作，難免不如少數人期待，沒有貪贓枉法卻被說是「惡人」，嚴重傷害個人名譽和縣府團隊整體形象。

苗栗縣政府今天表示，由於2天期限已到，包括縣長劉政鴻和縣府團隊均未接獲對方任何接觸、說明，對於朱學恒將縣長列為十大惡人行為，所涉及刑法妨害名譽的法律責任，已收集相關資料，委由專業律師撰寫訴狀處理後續事宜。

至於何時正式提出告訴？苗栗縣政府回應指出，「已密切關注並視朱學恒就此事件相關的發言內容而定」。1021219
