※ 引述《Scofiled (Bryant)》之銘言： : 想請教各位大大們 : 小弟最近乙式約定車險到期[第一產物] : 想續保 看到前面的文章有大大說 : 現在折扣可以到65折 : 感覺很優惠 : 不知道哪一家有這個價格? : 還有最近業務員有跟我說 我的乙約再過幾個月到期 : 可以換東西 還在猶豫中[因為畢竟這並非完全合法] : 但我剛剛看到前面大大的文章中寫到 可以額度有兩萬? : 真的有這麼多嗎? 我當初保險也才3.2萬不到 : 另外我當初保第一產物乙約時 業務員是說 : 可以填兩個人的名字[其中一個必填保險人] : 但其中一個人可以先不填 : 真的出車禍[非第一個主購買人時] 先打給業務填名子 : 這樣就可以出險 : 我打去第一產物它們也是這麼說 : 但這到底是不是業務跟保險公司的騙局啊 : 我一直有個疑問 : 不知道有沒有大大保過這種險 然後出險的例子啊 我的也是第一產物的，你的的單應該與我一樣，我是買車的時候跟賣車的業務買的，但另我十分不滿的是，為了保費便宜，車主是買我媽媽的名字，但實際使用車子的是我跟我的老婆，所以當時有強調乙式險要能涵蓋我跟我老婆，業務當時也表示了解，因為當時覺得業務很誠懇很客氣也沒多想，所以交車當天只有約略看一下保單跟其他文件，直到前陣子拿出保單跟條款仔細研究，才發現我的是乙式限定，條款有註明，只限車主與配偶，也就是我媽跟我爸，打電話問業務，他的說法跟你的一樣，出車禍的時候，第一時間打電話給業務，他會即時幫你改單，接著我問第一產物的 客服，他說系統顯示除了車主以外，還有一個尚未指名，也就是說還有一個人可以填，但條款已經寫明是車主與配偶……於是我去問了一位開修配廠的朋友（兼做保險與公所調解委員），他說這個他們稱做“黑單”是賣車業務為了搶業績的取巧做法，之前他們才調解一件，保險公司不認帳，後來也是調解失敗……所以我不打算向這位業務續保，因為當初我也沒有限定保險金額，全由業務自己報價，他給我這張乙式單，如果保險公司不認，不就有保跟沒保一樣？而且當時業務交代我出車禍時要第一時間與他聯絡，並沒有說是限定駕駛的問題，我一直以為只是報備出險而已！還 有向保險公司增列指名駕駛人也不是業務一通電話就可以，還要保險公司核准才生效！當然……如果他們之間有私下協定就另當別論，但我還是覺得照條款約定比較有保障，免得花錢還受氣！以上供你參考~ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.78.80
