Sony日前傳出可能將收購瑞薩電子(Renesas Electronics Corp.)計畫關閉的鶴岡工廠，而該收購案細節現在又遭日媒提前曝光。

日經新聞18日報導，Sony和瑞薩已交換一份備忘錄，雙方已著手針對鶴岡工廠的廠房、生產設備進行資產審查作業。據報導，鶴岡工廠部分生產設備會遷移至瑞薩另一座主力生產據點「那珂工廠」，而Sony會針對鶴岡工廠剩餘的生產設備進行評估，預估最終將以70億日圓左右的價格收購鶴岡工廠、並會將鶴岡工廠轉為生產使用於智慧型手機的CMOS感測器據點。

Sony目前已將CMOS感測器月產能提高至6萬片的規模，月產能已達2010年12月時的2.4倍，惟因看好今後需求將持續成長，故據日經指出，Sony在收購鶴岡工廠後，考慮追加投資300億日圓，在鶴岡工廠內導入月產能可達2萬片的CMOS感測器生產設備，屆時其整體月產能將可較現行提高約3成至8萬片的水準。

CMOS感測器為左右智慧手機、相機照片畫質的核心零件，Sony為全球最大廠、市佔率高達3成，而蘋果(Apple)iPhone等人氣智慧手機產品皆採用了Sony的CMOS感測器。Sony CMOS感測器競爭對手包含OmniVision、三星(Samsung)、Sharp、Aptina Imaging以及意法半導體。

日本媒體東洋經濟Online(Toyokeizai Online)曾於日前報導指出，Sony對CMOS感測器代工夥伴富士通(Fujitsu)的不信任感為Sony有意收購鶴岡工廠的原因之一。據報導，Sony目前已將部分CMOS感測器委託富士通的三重工廠進行代工，惟因富士通正和台灣台積電(2330)進行協商、有意出售三重工廠，故Sony憂心若三重工廠真出售給台積電，恐讓CMOS感測器技術有外流風險。

【蔡永彬／台北報導】明年是農曆生肖馬年，台北市立動物園10月19日新生的雌性蒙古野馬寶寶「勇春」，昨天開始到戶外活動場和大家見面，勇春和媽媽「妮勇」剛到戶外時，引起野馬家族一陣騷動，媽媽一心保護勇春，對雄性野馬的追求並不動心，甚至以動作表明「不要打擾我」。

蒙古野馬又稱為普氏野馬（Equus ferus przewalskii），原產於蒙古西部科布多盆地和中國新疆準噶爾盆地東部一帶，是世界上僅存的野馬。北市動物園表示，1879年俄國探險家普爾熱瓦斯基首次發現蒙古野馬，之後牠的野外數量不斷下降，1969年是最後一次發現野生個體，北市動物園目前所有的蒙古野馬都是在園內繁殖的。
