大陸持美國國債1.3兆美元 創歷史新高

美國財政部發布最新國際資本流動報告（TIC）顯示，大陸10月所持美國國債規模比9月增加107億美元至1.3兆美元，再創歷史新高，並繼續穩居全球最大美債持有國。

美國財政部資料顯示，大陸自下半年以來，除了8月減持112億美元之外，分別於7月、9月及10月增持，增持幅度累計超過399億美元，相比9月單月增持257億美元，10月增持107億美元並不讓市場意外。

緊跟大陸之後的是日本。報告顯示，10月日本減持美國國債43億美元，持有債務總額1.17兆美元。

果殼智慧手表買家逾20萬！科技網吐槽：測試版產品

盛大果殼電子(Geak)推出的智慧手表能勝過三星Galaxy Gear、Sony SmartWatch？1,999元(人民幣)的果殼表看似很貴，但這家公司為了大力推廣這支號稱是全球第一款真正的智能手表、不惜祭出「三年免費換新」的保證。

官網資料顯示，果殼智慧手表購買人數已超過20萬，處理器為北京君正JZ4775 1GHz單核CPU、勝過三星的800MHz單核處理器；作業系統為全開放的Android 4.1；電池為350mAh離聚合物電池；使用時間超過80小時(待機時間長達12天)；支援所有Android手機。

果殼號稱是唯一內建WiFi模組的智慧手表、可獨立上網。果殼手表的藍牙4.0/802.11 b/g/n Wifi/GPS出自博通(Broadcom)、內存出自三星(Samsung)、1.55吋LED多點電容式觸控螢幕(解析度：240x240畫素)取自LG、陀螺儀動力加速計出自意法半導體。

techniasia.com 17日報導，7月3日開賣的果殼智慧手表螢幕解析度過低、觸控效果不佳，連輸入WiFi密碼都很困難。電池續航力？報導指出，10-15小時可能是比較接近現實使用情景的數據；若關閉藍牙、只用WiFi，則可撐上三天。這篇報導的結論是：果殼智慧手表目前的狀況像是一支測試版產品。

作為對照，採用Sharp memory LCD低耗電螢幕、售價150美元的智慧表「Pebble」累計銷售量已達25萬支，頗獲美國權威雜誌《消費者報導(Consumer Reports)》的讚賞。Galaxy Gear智慧手錶號稱有80萬支出貨量，但紐約時報說實際上有多少支是消費者自掏腰包購買沒人知道。

如標題 相信很多人也像我一樣在找研替, 同時應該有部分已經拿到offer了,先說聲恭喜, 另外有部分可能已經面試完但一直等不到回覆, 如果已經等超過2週的, 請跟我一樣直接寄封信去問公司人資吧! 小弟之前也是等廣達跟和碩, 再等了大概半個月之後,還是沒收到回覆,我就寄了封信過去詢問. 這裡不得不稱讚廣達人資效率很高,不到半小時就收到回覆, 和碩速度也很快,當天內收到, 雖然2封都是感謝信...,但至少有個答案! 預祝各位研替順利,聖誕節快樂! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.115.51.108

依據國內法人對訊映(4155)之最新研究報告指出，因受惠美國平價醫療法案補助減少，帶動中型品牌之替代趨勢及轉投資Prodigy未來獲利成長，挹注公司營收獲利，給予買進評等。

訊映為血糖檢測ODM廠，產品為血糖測試片及血糖機，最大客戶為Prodigy，占營收約八成。受惠於美國平價醫療法案中補助金額大幅減少，大品牌價差過大，使消費者轉以高品質但價格較低的中型品牌替代，2013年Prodigy於佛羅里達州採用贈送通路商血糖機鋪貨方式，雖使獲利減少，但鋪貨後效應逐漸顯現，已取代大型品牌市占；公司預期該影響將逐漸蔓延至全美各州，為滿足Prodigy訂單需求，公司於2012年起迅速擴產，現有17條產線，且規劃2014年Q3擴充至25條，屆時，以每條生產線年產能可達8,000萬片計，若滿載，將可創造20億片產出，約40億元營收。

2013年上半年，訊映以4.62億元入股Prodigy，持股45%。Prodigy除在全美複製佛羅里達州成功經驗外，並取得歐洲與新興市場訂單，將挹注公司可觀轉投資獲利。
