【許麗珍／台北報導】本月天然氣、桶裝瓦斯漲價，20公斤桶裝瓦斯每桶漲至千元，民生物價也跟著飆漲，經濟部次長梁國新上午在立院表示，20公斤桶裝瓦斯應調漲168元，但中油每公斤僅反映調漲1元，自行吸收7.4元，也就是每桶瓦斯中油公司吸收148元。他表示，瓦斯漲價讓民眾不爽，中油第一時間未有效傳達，讓民眾心情更不舒服。

梁國新表示，對於苦民所苦，政府念茲在茲，但中油第一時間對瓦斯調漲未說清楚，讓民眾心情不舒服，中油未來應更周延，對民眾做更有效溝通。

【羅雨函／綜合報導】35歲的韓國女星李智雅睽違2年靠著韓劇《結婚三次的女人》重返螢幕，但是她的面貌疑似出現變化，整形的傳聞滿天飛，當時經紀公司代她澄清沒動過手術，但許多網友仍不相信，她日前終於出面回應，但依舊把整形疑慮撇乾淨，並指出是身體不適所造成的視覺觀感。
 
她表示，可能是隔了很久才復出，所以才讓人有這樣的感覺，且忙著緊湊的工作，在心理上也產生一些負擔，身體不是很舒服。她還說，比起演技，大家更關心她的容貌，讓她覺得很難過。

【邱俊吉／台北報導】婦人疑似術後活活痛死，阮綜合醫院除遭控拖延治療，也被批評獨留實習醫師卻不見值班醫師，且實習醫師是從波蘭醫學院畢業的「波波」，更被外界質疑缺乏臨床經驗，衛生福利部今強調，將立即啟動調查，不排除撤銷教學醫院資格，或從區域醫院降級為地區醫院。

衛福部醫事司副司長王宗曦今在立法院表示，依規定，實習醫師必須在合格醫師指導下才能從事醫療行為，教學醫院不能把實習醫師當正式人力來用；阮綜合醫院當天究竟有無值班醫師、主治醫師在場，除會要求地方衛生局進行調查，並已啟動即時、不定期的醫院評鑑，突擊檢查該院的教學、行政程序，若證明指控屬實，則該院已違反《醫療法》及《醫師法》，有可能調降其醫院等級，由區域醫院降至地區醫院，甚至取消教學醫院資格。

【張勵德／台北報導】受到鋒面通過及東北季風增強影響，從昨晚開始北台灣轉為有短暫雨的天氣，中央氣象局預估，今天下雨的區域會逐漸增加，北部及東半部地區都有短暫雨，中南部地區也有局部短暫陣雨，提醒民眾外出記得攜帶雨具。

氣溫方面，今天各地溫度持續下降，中部以北地區降溫較為明顯，預估今天白天北部及東北部地區高溫約攝氏22到23度，其他地區高溫約攝氏24到27度。下半天開始東北季風轉強，各地氣溫會越晚越冷，到明天清晨中部以北沿海空曠地區最低溫僅攝氏12度左右，南部地區最低溫約攝氏16度，民眾請記得多添加衣物禦寒。

氣象局表示，這波東北季風預計影響到周四，明起各地會逐漸轉為乾冷的天氣型態，除了東半部地區有短暫雨外，其他地區都是多雲到晴的穩定天氣。
