【聯合報╱記者黃宣翰／台南報導】 2013.11.25 04:08 am 斥資2.7億餘元的台江國家公園管理處行政暨遊客中心新建工程，昨在鄰近四間大廟出動 神轎祈福下，熱鬧地完成動土儀式，預定民國104年5月完工。 蒞臨貴賓冠蓋雲集，參加人數超過550人，最特別的是鄰近四草大眾廟、正統鹿耳門聖母 廟、鹿耳門天后宮、海尾朝皇宮，出動神轎到場為工程和地方祈福。 台江國家公園管理處於民國98年底掛牌成立，是第8座國家公園，為提供造訪遊客服務環 境，滿足經營管理、遊憩休閒等需求，選定於安南區四草大橋北側與鹽水溪間之四草魚塭 區，面積約6.6公頃，做為行政暨管理中心。新建工程由允誠營造公司承攬，總工程金額 為2.76億元，預定104年中啟用。 建築設計上保留原有地景地貌，參考國內外有關「杆欄式」建築形式，透過「高腳屋」的 構造，將建築量體置於魚塭上，在樹叢斷續、蘆花擺蕩之間，水鳥成群棲息處，整體建築 群有如一群冬候鳥，靜謐輕盈地佇立在廣闊魚塭。 台江國家公園管理處指出，基地位於河海交界處，考量近年來地球氣候異常及環境變遷趨 勢，參考荷蘭成功經驗，打造創新「浮動屋」，除可保留傳統聚落特色，型塑具學習型台 江學園。 http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM5/8317682.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.127.4.226

夢境太真實！女兒混淆真假　告父性侵

搞不清楚是夢境還是真實，少女控告父親性侵，台北市一名高二少女，經常夢見父親跑到她床上，有觸摸她的胸部等亂倫舉動，由於沒辦法分辨真實虛假，報警提告，但檢方事後調查，少女母親、妹妹也經常夢到類似情況，加上少女檢體沒父親DNA反應，也坦承自己不確定被猥褻，不起訴這名父親，精神科醫師說，夢到性侵，其實「性」代表愛，「侵」代表壓迫，少女可能因為成績一直被父親要求，所以才有這種夢。

電影「全面啟動」，男主角可以趁人作夢，偷取潛意識裡的秘密，主角分不清楚真實、夢境，還得靠轉動金屬陀螺才能不混淆，沒想到北市一名16歲少女，分不清夢中的真實、虛假，懷疑父親對她伸出狼爪，有不禮貌的動作，只好報警提告，但在精神科醫師的眼裡，是這樣解讀。

精神科醫師楊聰財：「如果作夢，告訴我們是被人追趕，或是被人性侵，其實我們幾個重要解讀是，這個人現在應該是比較處在一種被壓迫、不安全感，甚是有一種情緒障礙。」

醫生說，父親可能因為經常要求少女學業成績，她才因此產生負面情緒，做惡夢，檢方事後發現，除了高二的姊姊，少女的母親和妹妹經常也夢到遭人性侵、毆打，甚至發生重大車禍而從睡夢中驚醒。

但少女下體沒驗出父親DNA，加上她也坦承不確定被猥褻，研判母女3人應該是體質比較敏感、神經質，才會睡得不好，經常作夢，最後證據不足，不起訴少女父親，由於一家人住在北市大安區的老舊公寓，命理師說，是否因為床位不正確或者風水有問題，讓睡眠品質這麼差，還要實際看才知道。
