涉在急診室打人 藝人黑支被訴

（中央社記者吳哲豪彰化4日電）藝人黑支不滿急診室醫師動作慢揮拳傷人，彰化地檢署今天依傷害罪起訴黑支，並以犯後態度惡劣，向法院建議從重量刑。

根據彰化地檢署今天公布的起訴書，本名陳清達的藝人黑支今年5月帶母親前往彰化基督教醫院掛急診，黑支不滿醫護人員未依他的指示幫母親戴上氧氣面罩，以不雅言辭辱罵急診室蔡姓醫師及多名護士。

而蔡姓醫師要幫陳母插管時，黑支正好站在施救動線上，蔡姓醫師以手碰觸黑支，引起黑支的不滿，動手揮拳毆打蔡姓醫師，造成蔡姓醫師頭部有外傷，蔡姓醫師事後提告。

黑支在接受檢方訊問時否認有傷害、公然侮辱等犯行，辯稱他一直拜託醫護人員幫母親戴上氧氣罩，後來是醫生推他，他才揮拳打人。

不過檢察官根據醫護人員證詞及醫院監視器畫面，發現當黑支的母親被送進醫院時，被告雙手叉腰，沒有協助醫護人員，和被告所稱「拜託」說法不同，且醫護流程極為順暢，也無被告所稱醫護人員不顧母親長達數分鐘的情形。

檢察官認為被告犯後無悔意，態度惡劣，且利用自身影響力在臉書等發文顫倒是非，因此依傷害等罪提起公訴，建請法院從重量刑。1021204

台股開低走高 漲25.45點

（中央社台北4日電）台北股市今天開低走高，收盤上漲25.45點，為8418點，漲幅0.3%，成交金額新台幣795.98億元。

加權指數今天開盤為8379.44點，盤中最高8435.23點，最低8375.79點；不含金融股指數7052.79點，上漲20.09點。

八大類股漲跌幅為：泥窯股跌0.73%、食品股跌0.31 %、塑化股漲0.79%、紡織股漲0.6%、機電股漲0.23 %、造紙股跌0.02%、營建股漲0.1%、金融股漲0.4%。

委買張數834萬4636張，委賣張數727萬398張，成交張數394萬4166張。

收盤時上漲2355家，下跌2695家，持平514家。

成交量前5名個股為勝華、友達、群創、新光金、新日光。

漲幅前5名個股為F-貿聯、旺詮、健和興、昭輝、F-麗豐。

幼兒園男童墜樓亡 師下跪道歉

新北市新莊一間幼兒園，3日下午，竟有一名5歲男童意外墜樓，當時下午3點半左右，正值放學時間，有過動症狀的男童，竟然在沒有任何老師看管之下，獨自跑到2樓窗戶平台，意外墜落，送醫不治，幼兒園老師第一時間趕到醫院，下跪痛哭跟家長道歉。

穿著灰色衣服的女老師，雙腳跪在醫院地板上，眼淚掉不停，旁邊穿著紅衣服的幼兒園負責人，也不斷對學生家長說抱歉，再多的對不起，也無法止住家屬的淚水，怎麼也料想不到，將寶貝兒子，送到新北市新莊這所幼兒園去，竟然會發生墜樓悲劇。

這起意外，發生在3日下午3點半，當時正值放學時間，26歲的潘姓女老師，將班上13位小朋友從2樓教室帶往1樓放置書包，3:41分，又帶著小朋友回到2樓，老師這才赫然發現，5歲的男童不見了，直到3:45分看見廁所門窗打開，往下一看，男童已經從2樓墜落到1樓中庭，也就是說長達15分鐘的時間，完全沒人知道小男童去了哪裡。

110公分高的男童，當時疑似打開成人廁所的的門，獨自爬上80公分的窗戶，走到2樓戶外平台，不慎墜樓，緊急送醫後，已經顱內出血、後腦勺嚴重撕裂傷、手部骨折變形，急救後回天乏術，更讓家長不能接受的是，小男童入學就讀一年多了，因為患有過動症，家長特別叮囑園方要小心，沒想到還是出了問題。

新北教育局連續兩天派督學到場稽查，雖然設備符合規定，不過幼兒園疏於照顧，也是事實，幼兒園負責人和老師，經過警方訊後，依業務過失致死送辦。
