不好意思 小弟最近在看新車 目標鎖定 馬自達5 跟 神A 兩部我都蠻喜歡 不過最近我看到電視上有人說 "你開馬自達 難怪你會遲到" 之後 心理一直有個疑問 到底為甚麼有人會這樣說? 馬自達車看起來不會慢阿 其實預算有到90W 但是小弟喜歡改車 想買來爆改 我想應該不會輸一些歐洲車吧 本來都要買神A了 但被那句話氣到 有點想下訂MAZDA5了 所以想請各位大大幫小弟理性分析一下 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.233.248.8

公共單車「Ubike」恐侵權 正名YouBike

Ubike早就被註冊 大家混用6年

〔自由時報記者涂鉅旻／台北報導〕台北市公共自行車YouBike上路後廣受市民歡迎，不過，交通局在十一月廿二日行文給市府各單位，要求各單位對微笑單車YouBike名稱「正名」，不能誤用成「Ubike」，避免侵權，此文一出才讓各界恍然大悟，原來「YouBike」不等於「Ubike」，「Ubike」早已被其他公司行號註冊，包括媒體和民眾都不知道，已混用了六年。

交通局上月底發文 要求別再誤用

交通局在上月底行文給各局處要求「正名」，公文內容指出，「本市公共自行車中文名稱為微笑單車，英文名稱為YouBike，請勿使用Ubike、U-bike及Youbike等稱呼」。此文一出，市議員立即痛批市府真是吃飽太閒，因為一般人都認為「YouBike」等於「Ubike」。

但交通局長王聲威解釋，「YouBike」是註冊為名稱，「Ubike」則是註冊為商標，因當年委託單位捷安特原本想用「Ubike」作為台北市公共自行車的名字，但搜尋名稱時發現「Ubike」已被一間貿易公司註冊，因此才用和「Ｕ」諧音的「You」呈現，所以只有商標能使用「Ubike」，但正式名稱只能寫「YouBike」。

王聲威表示，為避免市府各單位「誤用」造成侵權，所以才行文各單位「正名」，並沒有特別意涵。

取名之初竟未統一 議員促補破網

對此，市議員童仲彥認為，市府在考量取名時，商標和名稱的用字就應該統一；市議員吳思瑤則說，不管是名稱還是Logo說法的整合，市府都應趕快「補破網」。

台鐵明年底 全線無線上網

交通部台鐵局已於今年十月完成除了支線外的兩百二十六座車站光纖到站建置，並將陸續強化無線通訊系統來提供新服務，以及和電信業者合作於沿線建置；台鐵局電務處長陳三旗昨（三）日表示，預估明年底前中華電信使用者就能搭火車全線不斷線使用網路。

台鐵局當時為提供車站包含電腦售票、自動閘門、列車資訊顯示等與旅客服務相關的統設置，開始規劃環島整體性同步光傳輸系統建置，並於今年在二百二十六座車站都完成光纖到站建置，總經費約花費二十億台幣。

在無線通訊系統強化部分陳三旗表示，未來有經費後（預估五千萬台幣）就能提供包含即時線上劃位服務，讓列車長透過行車調度無線電PDA手機即時線上查詢空餘位並供現場劃位；遺失物尋找及無障礙服務，讓站務人員發出即時通知請列車長協尋遺失物品或引導視障人士上車；即時線上救援服務，當有旅客在列車上透過緊急求救按鈕發送訊息，列車長可立即收到發送位置；訂、送餐服務；旅客於訂票後預訂餐點，上車後服務人員可利用行調無線電話傳遞訂餐資訊，於用餐時間將餐點送給旅客。

台鐵局也積極與電信業者合作；陳三旗表示，目前台鐵全線僅南迴線台東到屏東、北迴線宜蘭到花蓮路段訊號較弱或沒訊號，預計明年底全線不斷線使用網路。

6到8日 天天招待百名弱勢搭乘

六到八日，貓空纜車動物園站外廣場將舉辦Hello Kitty公益園遊會，且每天招待一百名弱勢家庭免費搭貓纜，搶先體驗Hello Kitty在貓空纜車的魅力，而公益園遊會的部分收入也將交由市府社會局運用。

Hello Kitty貓空纜車全車隊總共一百四十五部車廂，都會以Hello Kitty彩繪包裝，車廂內還特別張貼Hello Kitty貼紙，陪民眾一起搭纜車。除了車廂，纜車車站內的票價圖、詢問處到入口閘門，全都走Hello Kitty風，連標示洗手間所在位置的人型指標，也都由粉藍色、粉紅色的Kitty替代。

為期一年 同步推出3款Kitty悠遊卡

另捷運公司與悠遊卡公司合作，推出三款不同形式的悠遊卡，有「貓纜版Kitty悠遊卡」、「貓纜版Kitty造型卡」、還有貼在任何地方都可變身悠遊卡的「貓纜版Kitty悠遊卡貼紙」，各款式都隨卡附贈免費搭乘貓空纜車兩趟。「貓纜版Kitty造型卡」僅限定在貓空纜車動物園站販售，六日上午九點開賣，售完為止。

國家安全局長蔡得勝前上午列席立法院外交及國防委員會，以「通訊監察執行現況暨共諜防範作為及預警機制」為題，進行專案秘密報告。民進黨立委陳歐珀在質詢時透露，國安局依法申請監聽境外人士，法官核准279件，他認為，特偵組申請監聽核准率高達97％，國安單位情報監聽核准率較低，呼籲國安局注意此事。

陳歐珀並強調，相關草案目前仍在行政院審議，為什麼還沒出行政院？他個人支持情報通訊監察法修訂草案趕快送到立法院，進行立法。

蔡得勝說，史諾登案發生後，各界視監聽為毒蛇猛獸，時機不宜，國安局會再進行溝通。而情報監聽都有一定要件，並經法官核准。
