標題[問題] 某上市仲介的離職交接

想請問一般公司的離職交接應該都是離職日當天前弄好吧？ 因為近日離職時 當天我已經把自己的案子做好程序交接 但是分店店長卻說這樣紙面上的交接是不完善的 必須要跟交接同仁一起去找案主， 重點是：如果離職日當天沒辦法交接好，離職後還要回公司交接 (一個晚上要面訪交接10個案主，鬼才有這個時間吧？) 請問這樣的情況在一般公司也是這樣嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.56.144.65
