【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國紐約警方正調查2名少女，在地鐵軌上跳甩臀舞(twerking)的片段。這2名黑衣少女不顧鐵軌的高壓電流，在鐵軌上甩臀，影片中還傳來男子大笑聲，並唆使她們繼續跳，其中一名女子猛叫「不要拍臉」。

影片於周一在YouTube上出現，點閱率已逾10萬，許多網友大罵「不知死活」，目前警方正在追查這2名女子。

為閃避掃街車　小貨車翻車

【黃彥傑／台北報導】台北市華江橋往新北市方向，今天上午9時許，1輛小貨車駕駛為閃避前方速度較慢的掃街車，緊急煞車加上疑似轉方向盤力道過猛，導致小貨車當場翻覆；警消獲報趕到現場處理，發現駕駛身上僅擦傷，並無大礙不用送醫。

【短片】大統案高振利出庭　媒體發問不回應

【鄧惠珍、詹智淵／彰化報導】大統黑心油案今天上午進行審理庭，董事長高振利戴著鴨舌帽、口罩，在律師陪同下出庭，對媒體發問包括員工權益、賠償消費者等問題仍不發一語，有媒體大喊「董事長，你是不是已經擺爛了？」高仍無動於衷。

大統案今天上午9點半開庭審理，大批媒體一早便在彰化地方法院庭外守候，一見高振利出現立即蜂擁而上，10多部攝影機與相機互相推擠，場面混亂，短短10多公尺距離，高振利花了近10分鐘才進到法庭，連法庭外的液晶顯示器也被擠歪，不過，高振利對任何問題依舊不回應，僅律師要求「等開完庭再說！」

連日傳出高振利將針對遭檢方扣押資產提出解除扣押申請，以支付員工資遣費、賠償消費者與盤商費用等，但彰化地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃智勇今天表示，尚未接到任何訊息。

圖文版 http://asile2asile.blogspot.tw/2013/11/blog-post.html 捷運頂溪站二號出口 左轉幾步是文化路 再左轉一路走下去 95號是「小島食堂」 從金門街搬到永和之後生意一直不錯 生魚片跟丼飯是店內強項 但前些時候店主犁田受傷造成手部骨折 手術後得花時間復健而無力處理魚貨 儘管如此 店休一週後還是得營業維持生計 所以菜單只剩下蛋包飯、燒肉丼以及烏龍麵 來客量明顯減少 點了蛋包飯套餐 越吃越覺得心酸 這段日子得苦撐度日了 走回到67巷 米粉湯的客人依舊不多 今年已經86歲的阿婆 因為兒子久病必須挑起重擔做生意 米粉湯與黑白切 大小腸、肝連、豬皮豬肺 大圓鍋內楚河漢界 我已少吃內臟 所以點了兩塊油豆腐還有米粉湯 濃郁的湯底說明了眾多材料的聚集 坐在攤前會不忍看阿婆的臉 如果你看過網路上的照片 這幾年她又老了許多 身子已站不直而握刀的手勁越來越弱 如果切的不夠工整千萬別見怪 如果你來 最好主動去接阿婆端來的碗盤 多走一步多伸手一次對老人都是折磨 跟客人聊天或許也是種療癒 只是不知道時效能維持多久 吃完也麻煩幫阿婆收拾 記住 多走一步多伸手一次對老人都是折磨 旁邊還有一家「山東餃子館」 內外看起來不怎麼潔淨 但生意卻是不惡 點了「蔥花炒飯」註明要少飯 奇特的是餐具放在小塑膠盤內上桌 蔥倒是不多 飯跟蛋都有些微的焦香 就樣就已足夠 因為飯量老闆娘少收五元 想付原價的我被她句點 生意人不貪小利的能有幾個？ 想吃點甜 所以走回一號出口對面的巷中 「米花豆花」用燈光與壁畫讓這條暗巷有了色彩 豆花料多實在只要35元 氛圍自在可群聚也宜獨坐 微涼的夜裡 頂溪站無論那一個出口都有人生的滋味 或喜或悲 或笑或淚 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.22.18.105
