各位好~~~ 最近想入手耳麥...看了幾支有興趣的： 1. ALTEAM GM-592 2. CORSAIR 復仇者1500 3. ROCCAT Kave 4. 旋剛 極之音PRO 5. 旋剛 極之音火鳳凰2 6. 旋剛 極之音無線黑貂 7. CMStorm Pulse-R 8. CMStorm 谷神星Ceres500 9. CMStorm Sirus天狼星 10. ZOWIE MASHU 11. 〔自由時報記者蔡彰盛／竹市報導〕台塑石化公司98年間發現航空燃油短少，經報警偵辦發現遭人鑿管偷油，損失超過3000公秉，經向新竹地院訴請損害賠償，法官判決5名偷油、銷贓的被告應連帶給付4778萬元。

偷油、銷贓連帶給付

判決書指出，邱傳侑與陳駿、曾增螢等人，自97年12月初至98年5月間止，在台61線南下71.9公里處，將台塑石化輸油管線鑿洞，裝接高壓軟管，銜接至邱傳侑承租的房屋內，讓輸油管線內的航空燃油流出，再以塑膠桶盛裝，得手共計約3062公秉。

法官調查，邱傳侑、陳駿以及曾增螢以每公升低於市價5元的價格，將偷來的油銷贓給許軫發，以賺取差價牟利。

許軫發並指示知情的林宇春，開營業貨運曳引車到倉庫搬運航空燃油，再將油載回許軫發位於台南市的公司存放。

由於台塑公司察覺油品短少，疑遭人偷接油管竊油，報警處理始循線查獲。

被告等人言詞辯論期日都未到場，也未提出準備書狀作何聲明或陳述。

洪仲丘案開庭 再傳11人

〔自由時報記者余瑞仁／桃園報導〕桃園地方法院昨天持續審理洪仲丘案，合議庭傳訊禁閉室戒護士陳毅勳及其他戒護士與禁閉生等11人，其中禁閉室代理副室長羅濟元聲請傳喚證人機步營機一連連長與警衛排上士作證，陳述指羅濟元當日忙著站衛哨，與洪仲丘的死亡應無關聯。

被軍檢以業務過失致死罪嫌起訴的269旅禁閉室代理副室長羅濟元，在先前的法院準備程序庭訊中就說，他於7月3日下午臨時代理副室長職務，僅短暫進入禁閉室，之後就被派往營區大門協助衛哨勤務，因此聲請傳喚機一連連長張裕盛與當日的警衛排上士楊志堅作證。

合議庭昨天傳喚張、楊2人。張裕盛證稱，禁閉室原為機二連代管，直到5月間才移交給機一連代管，他雖是連長且有批閱操課表，但實際的操課督導是由憲兵官郭毓龍負責。他說，7月3日下午因禁閉室長蕭志明出差，副室長請假，羅濟元被臨時派代副室長，當日下午因有軍團司令前來部隊督導，羅因此又被派往大門協助衛哨勤務，並未實際管理禁閉室。

楊志堅也如此作證，他並說，洪仲丘當日傍晚倒地後，戒護士陳嘉祥曾請他打電話給衛生連，但軍線不通，後來連絡到衛生連，不久醫官趕來，這時他看到洪仲丘倒地拉著1名管理士掙扎著，且意識混亂，口中更胡言亂語，醫官處置5分鐘後就決定外送急救，過程並無拖延。
