話說最近BF4正夯 小弟也加入行列 但不料跑遊戲時發現 CPU溫度高達80(CPU使用率約80%) 而且運轉聲音會提高 什麼都不做大約時50(CPU使用率約10%) 遊戲畫質調最低仍無改善 ﹝硬體規格﹞CPU：I5-2400 MB ： Z68 pro3 RAM： 金士頓 DDR3-1333 4GB X2 VGA： 微星 N560GTX HDD： WD 1TB容量 SATA3 10EALX PSU： 藍晶鑽400W O.S： Win7 是電腦配備不夠嗎? 這大約是三年前組的 怕繼續玩下去會造成電腦燒毀之類的 請大大們解惑，感恩 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.69.150 ※ 編輯: love38381 來自: 1.34.69.150 (11/27 05:52)

金管會預計年底前要完成取消股票最低面額10元的限制，昨（26）日再度進行相關法規預告，其中以前以「實收資本額」為規範者，未來會改以「淨值」為依據，但由於淨值通常是實收資本額的2倍，因此過去的相關標準也會折半計算。

例如公開發行公司要對非特定人公開招募股票，以往若營業利益、稅前純益占「實收資本額」未達4％，或近二年均未達2％以上，金管會可退回案件；未來就會改為最近年度營業利益、稅前純益未達業主權益的2％或近二年未達1％以上。

為了讓中小型企業籌資更便利、或公司要給員工分紅、配股時有更小的面額，金管會決定取消股票最低面額10元的限制，相關規定預計年底前都會完成預告。

如果現行的上市櫃或是公開發行公司要更改面額，金管會表示，若涉及要修公司章程，可能必須要提股東會決議，再依交易所或櫃買中心的規定辦理，不必事先再向金管會申請。

由於股票面額變小，未來若企業實收資本額不變，則股數會增加，同樣的獲利能力，每股盈餘也就下降，證期局表示，未來可能要看PE（股價淨值比）、ROE（淨值報酬率）等，不再以每股盈餘（EPS）為比較基礎，因此交易所等單位未來將進行教育宣導，教投資人如何適度面額不是10元的股票。
