戲獅甲登小巨蛋 陳菊北上主持開幕

〔自由時報記者楊菁菁／高雄報導〕「二○一三雙城戲獅甲」競賽十二月十四、十五日分別在台北小巨蛋及高雄巨蛋登場，今年「戲獅甲」首度進攻台北，市長陳菊將親自到台北小巨蛋主持開幕，並向台北民眾介紹這個源於台灣本土的文化競技。

12月14、15日北高登場

「二○一三雙城戲獅甲」製作團隊推出比往年更活潑精彩的節目演出，以國際獅王大賽及台灣陣頭大會兩大主軸，朝比賽中有刺激，表演中有震撼，節目中有娛樂，活動中有文化的製作概念。

邀6國9支獅王 爭霸賽

今年，國際獅王首度揮軍北上，從高雄打進台北小巨蛋，將在台北、高雄雙城雙蛋打造全球最大獅王爭霸擂台，邀請六國九支獅王挑戰史上總獎金一百四十萬元及最高優勝四十萬元冠軍獎金，還有十多種台灣特色陣頭鬥熱鬧，鬥陣搶占台北票房。

目前台北小巨蛋票房已售出六成，主辦單位高雄市政府文化局表示，有信心讓台灣本土陣頭及國際高樁獅王競技的文化運動，在台北小巨蛋發聲。

「戲獅甲」原本是高雄前鎮區廣濟宮的廟前活動，有醒獅、台灣獅及八家將、宋江陣、神將等文武藝陣民俗；文化局二○○六年接辦後，嘗試發掘民俗節目表演能量，也在高樁醒獅找到中國武藝體操運動創意元素，開辦國際獅王大賽。

二○一○年將此國際賽事搬到高雄巨蛋萬人體育館，訴求精準、速度、膽識、恐懼等感官震撼售票登場，到二○一二年為止已經累積達五萬人次的觀賞口碑。

娃娃樂器裝上身 輕鬆「打」造一人樂團

〔自由時報記者黃博郎／麻豆報導〕為了讓學生一窺打擊樂的奧秘，台灣首府大學邀請「薪傳打擊樂團」開講，帶來「娃娃樂器裝」，把所有樂器裝進娃娃裝，只要拿著鼓棒往身上敲，即可發出不同聲音，加上樂器都是利用隨處可見的回收器具組成，讓學生格外好奇，忍不住上場試玩，氣氛熱烈。

薪傳打擊樂團是由法國留學歸國的音樂家鄭醴丰於八十三年所創立，深感南台灣打擊樂風氣不盛，音樂活動難以推廣，遂號召南台灣有打擊樂演奏潛力的青少年成立薪傳打擊樂團，借用屏東市仁愛國小合奏教室練習。

成軍初期，團員平均年齡僅十四歲，經過半年多嚴格訓練後，開始登台演出，先後在高雄文化中心、屏東中正藝術館、成大鳳凰樹劇場舉辦「淘氣阿丹—薪傳打擊樂團春季巡演」，打開知名度。

近期樂團將在嘉義縣表演藝術中心、高雄市大東藝術文化中心舉辦「二○一三薪傳打擊樂團擊樂劇場音樂會」，樂團企劃行銷經理張祐瑄正好在台首大休閒系兼課，透過她的引薦，鄭醴丰在音樂會前，特別率隊到台首大開講，透過影片介紹及示範，讓學生體會打擊樂的樂趣。

鄭醴丰強調，過去打擊樂給人的印象是很昂貴的樂器，為改變此印象，利用回收器材組成，讓打擊樂更平民化，吸引更多人投入學習。

現金不成改色誘？澳洲捕手傳被目擊帶辣妹回飯店

才剛落幕沒多久的亞洲職棒大賽，傳出有組頭介入，澳洲球員爆料，對方要求他們在出戰南韓三星獅隊時，以3萬美元價碼放水輸給三星獅7分，但遭球員拒絕，事後回報總教練，並告知中華職棒大聯盟，引發球迷嘩然。現傳出有目擊者陳述，回報的球員在夜店摟妹入飯店，是否是色誘打假球？檢警將介入調查。

本月15至20日在台中舉辦的亞洲職棒大賽，最後由來自澳洲的坎培拉騎兵隊奪冠，創下首度由澳洲球隊獲得冠軍的紀錄。但就在比賽期間，傳出有組頭介入，委託1名華人和1名委內瑞拉人，向澳洲隊捕手布列金斯基（MattBlazynski）接觸，希望澳洲隊在18日對上南韓三星獅隊時，放水輸球至少7分，但遭球員拒絕。

事後媒體報導此事，引發外界嘩然，中職會長黃鎮台事後表示，有接到反應但並未第一時間向警方報案處理，是聯盟的疏失。但根據《蘋果日報》報導，有民眾目擊，18日凌晨1點半，澳洲隊捕手布列金斯基入夜店，2點把妹、3點離開，質疑他「把妹不成，挾怨報復」。《自由時報》則報導，有人目擊他和一名身高約170公分、身材姣好、穿著火辣且長髮及肩的女子步入飯店。

有人懷疑，有可能是組頭用3萬美元企圖買通不成，改用美人計來色誘球員打假球？對此台中地檢署已介入將分案調查，並將調閱球隊在住宿期間，飯店的監視器，以釐清球員的出入和接觸狀況，是否有無不明人士接觸、或是有辣妹陪同進出飯店等。對此中職方面也已發文給澳洲職棒聯盟，協助取得布列金斯基的說法。

雖然這樣回文好像有點怪 但前兩位這樣回，我還是來說說吧 《美味的想念》其實在上檔之際 我就多少知道會有些必然的身世梗 這是無可避免的設定 我是覺得還好 比較不能接受的是 前面幾集拍攝畫面食物很精緻 但後來那種美味感不見了 我會想看這部劇，是當作料理劇為主啊！ 這點，《天下第一味》還比較好 至少是台灣台八點檔少數從一而終主題作品 前後質感不會落差太大 然後看了板友討論的後續 好像還有很瞎的料理競賽之類的 和我想的也是差很多 （都棄追了，也不好說什麼） 如果這一對編劇小姐，真的有這麼好 （當然，我看到《自由》EP.02是很眼睛為之一亮） 希望她們能夠好好從一而終 也希望她們不要被換掉 對於三立這間電視台，我可是很難得才給一次機會 （呃，被川恩沖昏頭也是可能的） 由衷的希望她們可以有始有終 將《自由》做完美的呈現 三立，你這間從小伴我成長的電視台 能夠洗白也只有現在啊！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.172.113.73

台中市長胡志強成大陸市委書記？

日前在中國大陸網路「微信公眾平台」上，出現一則貼文，標題是「全國各級城市現任領導」，鉅細靡遺的羅列各省市、區、縣的領導姓名、照片、出生年月日、籍貫、學歷等資料。在陝西省的名單裡，赫然見到台中市長胡志強的照片，職稱是「榆林市市委書記」，讓人大吃一驚。

只是仔細比對資料，「榆林胡志強」是1963年出生，和1948年出生的「台中胡志強」足足相差15歲，學歷、籍貫也並不相同；連上大陸「榆林市」的官方網站，才發現榆林市市委書記確實也叫「胡志強」，和台中市長胡志強完全是不同人，去年7月走馬上任。但因為照片錯植，引發誤會，成為笑話一則。

我國被日本劃為疫區？外交部：要求更正

民進黨立委黃偉哲今天召開記者會，指出日本外務省針對海外安全情報的資訊網中，台灣相關的危險情報內容和中國大陸完全一樣，都標註近期具有H7N9的感染案例，但我國只在4月3日出現一例H7N9境外移入病例，之後便未有其他案例。黃偉哲質疑，外交部為何沒有作為？外交部文件證明組代組長陳忠正回應，他們剛剛才知道此事，會以最快的時間向日方反應。

黃偉哲認為，此項錯誤訊息，對台灣相當不公平，日本國民非常相信政府資訊，這兩年，日本來台遊客變少，理由當然很多，但日本外務省將台灣列為旅遊警示區，外交部等相關單位「該更正的必須更正，該反應的必須反應」，否則對台灣觀光無疑是一大打擊。

觀光局業務組副組長陳瓊華說，根據統計，截至今年10月為止，日本來台觀光旅遊人次為114萬，相較於去年同期143萬人次，略為下降，原因為何會持續追蹤，但日幣貶值，應是造成日本出國人數降低的最重要原因。疾管局整備組副組長周淑政說，台灣並不屬於H7N9的疫區，會向日本交流協會反應。
