天下調查：12年國教 學生有壓力

12年國教明年上路，根據天下雜誌今天公布的數據顯示，12國教號稱免試升學，但仍有高達四成三學生感到高度壓力，壓力來源四成來自考試壓力，二成六是父母期待，一成七是自我要求，傳統的老師要求不到一成。

反服貿團體 要求見王金平

高喊「財團誤國，踐踏民主，財團賣國，出賣勞工」，反黑箱服貿民主陣線等社團，今天上午到立法院大門口召開記者會，直指六大工商團體負責人在中國的政商實力和利益關係，要求尊重廣大勞工和小型企業生存權，台灣勞工陣線秘書長孫友聯說，希望立法院長王金平能比照六大工商團體、台企聯的規格，接見民間團體。

反黑箱服貿民主陣線召集人賴中強說，要打破中國商場的潛規則，必定需要雄厚資金，但對中小企業來說，完全無法獲得利益，也會對許多基層民眾生計造成重大衝擊。政府至今尚未提供服貿相關資訊，開放哪些產業？經濟部說12月才能公布。對性別、弱勢、偏鄉等不同族群的衝擊為何？研究報告1月才能出來。賴中強認為，重大法案不該只聽台企聯、六大工商團體。

反服貿團體陸續點名六大工商團體負責人，包括工商總會理事長許勝雄、商業總會理事長張平沼、工商協進會理事長駱錦明、工商協進會理事長許顯榮、電機電子同業公會理事長郭台強和中小企業總會理事長林慧瑛。
