一名單親媽媽誤買法拍凶宅，各家銀行拒絕貸款，造成該名單親媽媽被迫棄標，需要負擔保證金及補足下一拍差價，損失39萬元。監察委員程仁宏、楊美鈴及陳永祥，今日申請自動調查，將深入瞭解相關主管單位有無違失。

監委指出，民眾向法院買到法拍凶宅，致無法辦理貸款，只好選擇棄標，卻因法院再度拍售時註明為凶宅，使得標價落差被扣走39萬元，相關過程顯有瑕疵。監委將深入了解現行各銀行辦理借貸相關作業機制流程為何？有否因房屋為凶宅而拒絕貸款？相關主管機關是否善盡把關權責？

監委表示，法院於拍賣前未能查明是凶宅，又未能依一般棄標方式主張棄標合理而撤銷拍賣，卻要買受人負擔差額，對買受人明顯不公平。法院相關執行人員對拍賣的不動產現況是否翔實調查？相關公告資訊是否完整？相關強制執行程序是否完備？又債權人、債務人有否如實將資料呈報給法院？銀行有否基於保障債權，隱匿凶宅資訊？法院得否以不負瑕疵擔保責任而由買受人承擔全額損失？相關責任歸屬及買受人權益保障方式各為何？監察院將詳細調查相關制度缺失，維護法制並保障民眾權益。

在2013年9月發表的iPad Air和第二代iPad mini上，搭載了與iPhone 5s相同的A7處理器和Retina螢幕，獨缺iPhone 5s另一大亮點Touch ID指紋識別功能，不過iPad mini的用戶應該不需要等太久，從最近曝光的第三代iPad mini實機照來看，新款的iPad mini將配置Touch ID指紋識別功能。

Touch ID是iPhone 5s配置的指紋識別功能，可以取代數字密碼讓用戶在最短的時間內喚醒手機，也可以採用指紋識別進入App Store，由於蘋果未向第三方開發商開放Touch ID功能，目前iPhone 5s上的指紋識別技術應用並不算多，若第三代iPad mini若配置Touch ID，這個指紋識別功能經過一年的用戶反饋和改進，相信在平板電腦上的應用會更多樣化。

近期曝光的第三代iPad mini實機照來看，Home幾乎與iPhone 5s一樣，設計為一個金屬的圓圈，圖片來自Nowherelse網站，平板電腦的尺寸和iPad mini相近，不過由於圖片清晰度不足，難以辨認圖片是否真實，拍攝地點有可能是位於亞洲工廠。

按照蘋果的產品更新規律，許多新開發的功能會首先應用於iPhone，一年後推廣到iPad，比如蘋果語音助手Siri，第三代iPad mini配置Touch ID指紋識別功能的可能性非常大。
