1. When registering, contestants need to draw lottery to determine sequence of appearance. When his/her turn is up then he/she can give the speech.
2. Contestants will give a 3 minute speech. If less than 2 minutes 30 seconds, one point will be deducted from overall score. If over 3 minutes, one point from overall score will be deducted for every 30 seconds.
3. There will be no notes of any kind or any irregularities, no loud noise, drinks, photographing, or videos. Those who abide the rules and regulations will be asked to leave.
4. If there are circumstances beyond our control or acts of God to force a cancellation or delay, we will notify you of new date, time, and location.
