【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】自慰曾經在歷史上被視為「淫邪」的行為，在18世紀甚至有醫生認為自慰是一種精神疾病，但現代科學家認為，自慰反而是一種健康的表徵。

有越來越多的研究顯示自慰並不是一種疾病，反而是生理和心理健康的反映，譬如對身體的自尊心，對男性來說，也比較不容易罹患前列腺癌(prostate cancer)。而伊朗一份研究報告還指出，自慰能夠減緩鼻塞的問題，這對正在感冒或者鼻炎的人來說，可能是便宜又自然的療法。

此外，從公共衛生的角度來看，自慰能減少一個人擁有性伴侶的數量，降低感染性病的風險。

一提到航空公司的《安全乘坐指南》，乘客們不禁會聯想到嚴肅、枯燥這類措辭，然而，美國維珍航空公司(FAA)打破前例，把它變得既生動又活潑。據英國《每日郵報》10月30日報導，美國維珍航空公司採用舞蹈影片的形式向乘客『表演』《安全乘坐指南》，受到『乘客粉絲』的追捧。

據人民網報導，摒棄了以往枯燥無味的條條框框，美國維珍航空公司用5分鐘的《安全乘坐指南》舞蹈影片抓住了乘客們的注意力，並深受好評。影片中，36名舞者邊唱邊跳，時不時還冒出一兩句搞笑的旁白，憑藉此類『表演』向乘客們傳達相關安全守則。據了解，部分舞者是來自於美國電視節目《盡情跳吧》(So You Think You Can Dance)和《美國偶像》(American Idol)的前參賽選手，他們擁有較高的人氣和號召力。

當地時間30日，美國維珍航空公司《安全乘坐指南》舞蹈影片已經在各大螢幕先後播放。航空公司營業部主管史蒂夫·福特(Steve Forte)表示，『我們希望這個獨特新奇的點子不僅僅為乘客們傳達安全知識，同時也為乘客們帶來無限樂趣。』
