標題[請益] 請問做design service的公司

目前小弟知道的有創意、智原、世芯 其中創意好像專做TSMC，智原專做UMC，世芯則是沒有限定哪個foundry 請問design service的工作型態大概是怎麼樣的呢？ 是不是一般所說的後段: 接design house的netlist，做layout，產生gds檔，再給foundry廠製造？ 但是一般design house不是也會有一批做後段的team嗎？ 那麼這類做design service的公司，主要對像是？或主要接單的內容是？ 另外，為什麼前兩家會固定foundry廠，後者沒有固定呢？ 這樣的作法有何利弊呢？ 謝謝大家解惑! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.176.221.68

禮拜天下午時候接到當初投履歷的公司要求禮拜一下午進行面試 要求穿著正式服裝以及帶筆到桃園市參加面試 面試我算早到的 櫃台小姐請我先簽到 然後發一張制式履歷讓我填寫 在寫的過程中陸陸續續有人來 有人看到時間要到下午3點就放棄了 過程中 不外乎公司介紹 未來展望 詢問各人經歷 面試通過要接受三天的職前訓練等 事後等待公司電話通知 當然我接到要我去參加公司職前訓練 於是我上網谷狗了一下 發現好像都是一些負面消息 這讓我感到有點不安 我是應徵業務代表 以上我有幾點疑問.... 請我去面試的電話是禮拜天通知......................1 面試過程中很單純的單方講解沒有機會讓求職者提問....2 網路上負面消息頗多................................3 想請問有人待過該公司 可以提供寶貴的經驗嗎...... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.128.114.146

標題[討論] 亞洲棒球訓練比較嚴格?

我看MLB和中職很多年了 中職往往冠軍賽結束後大約一個月內 就有所謂的秋訓 大致上是強制所有隊員參加訓練 沒來沒有理由的話還要被扣錢 可是我看MLB 有很多選手如Adam Dunn球季結束到明年春訓 他有說過 他從不在休兵時期 自我訓練 反正以MLB來看 好像沒有所謂的球團強制要求必須參加秋訓 冬訓 你休兵日 要去度假 幹嘛幹嘛的 只要不要隔年春訓胖一圈 基本上沒人鳥你 可是我看到亞洲 好像都是強制秋訓 冬訓 這是為什麼呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.121.168.79
