標題[心得] 在特約門市辦真的要注意

前情請看我上一篇文章 後來我打去客服反覆詢問，還到台哥大直營門市問 得到兩個結果 1 特約門市幫我辦錯方案，導致我沒有網內免費 2 特約門市擅自幫我加了一堆加值服務根本都是不必要的 特約門市幫我加了影片跟音樂還有時報周刊等付費服務 當初我有詢問為什麼加這些，回答是“因為你提前續約所以公司規定要加” 我想提前續約本來就會有一些規定，所以沒有多懷疑 後來問了直營跟客服，都說其實只要加一個服務就可以了…… 昨天很生氣去申辦的那間門市退掉那些服務，而且要求改方案+幫我付這個月網內的錢 小姐整個臉臭到不行，剛開始還試圖解釋 （可能是我拉錯方案了or我們客服跟我說是這樣辦……你已經辦超過一星期不能改了） 我一說我已經去客服跟直營問過了，是你給我亂加值服務 他才摸摸鼻子幫我辦退理。 我只能說我下次是絕對不會再去特約辦什麼服務了 騙消費者辦比較貴又不需要的方案根本無恥 當初是覺得近，店員態度又不錯 （賺了佣金當然態度不錯XD） 順便請問，特約門市一樣可以客訴嗎？客訴會得到什麼樣的處理？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.204.216.196

標題[心得] 用飛利浦HP8233吹風機在家也能做頭皮SPA~

最近家裡吹風機怪怪的...我媽也受不了我常嚷嚷著想買負離子吹風機 就叫我去買一支喜歡的來用XD 想說是全家人要用的 所以我就特地挑選了一下 最後買飛利浦HP8233那支 當初想說我爸吹頭不喜歡花太多時間 我就特地選1500W風力比較大的 再來這支最吸引我的 就是它附的按摩烘罩了 它跟一般的烘罩很不一樣 上面有QQ的軟墊 聽櫃姊說這支除了可以吹頭髮的捲度 加上紅外線的功能 搭配烘罩一起按摩頭皮的話 可以促進血液循環 每天自己在家按摩幫助放鬆 也會有改善掉髮的效果~ 然後我跟我媽都很喜歡去外面給人家按摩 有這個烘罩自己DIY也還不賴 我覺得這支挺厲害的 因為我髮質比較細軟 雖然有燙捲 但沒吹好的話就會變得又扁又塌 看起來頭髮很少那樣 不過這幾天我吹頭的時候 都會再用烘罩按摩一下頭皮跟髮根 這樣頭頂就會有蓬鬆感 加上它有負離子 烘完也不會讓髮尾變得毛毛的 反而很有光澤 雖然目前還沒看出來我爸媽頭髮有沒有變多啦XD 不過他們也對這支吹風機蠻滿意的 只能說選飛利浦真的是買對了^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.211.150

‧The Bengal Restaurant (@ Royal Oak Station) Tel:020 7229 5567 , 020 7229 1640 Add:62a Porchester Road Bayswater, London W2 6ET Opening Hours: Mon~Sat: 12:00~14:30pm,17:30~23:30；Sunday: 12:00~23:30 消費日期：OCT 11 2013 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 和R會合後的第一餐，選在離我們最近的捷運附近，有間開得頗晚的印度餐廳。 一進門旁邊的英國阿姨就用極度誇張的美味神情，要我們一定要嘗嘗這兒的咖哩， 就像在韓國的阿珠馬對我說陳玉華是韓國最棒的口吻一模一樣。 看了半天，不是太餓又怕點少了尷尬，先叫上一份咖哩配囊。 想起在新加坡小印度吃到的煎餅美味要命，翻出照片給印度店員參考， 他一翻琢磨後，端出了貌似台灣蔥油餅的東西，讓我後悔莫及。 Cheese Nan, ￡2.30 囊實在超級美味，不知是我以前吃的不夠道地還是。 我想起了黃培育的名言，不是囊不美味，是我以前沒吃過那麼美味的囊。 Q軟中帶著麵粉的香，吸附上咖哩汁讓他再度加分。 Chicken Curry,￡4.95 咖哩味道也不錯，吃乾抹淨還意猶未盡。 小缺點應該只有雞肉微柴了點。 然後是多餘的蔥油餅。 價格不記得，因為是店員幫我特地請廚師作的，好像不在MENU上。 總之味道就是，乾扁兩字，很像會在極度不熟練的早餐店吃到的乾扁蛋餅， 在台灣很有可能你會放棄這個早餐。 但在英國，我們硬是把他帶走，留到隔天的早餐再吃一頓。 加上水跟引總共￡15，一直到行程的尾端，我們還是不時懷念起咖哩和囊的美味。 PS : 當時匯率：1￡=47.5 NTD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.183.37
