法國戛纳2013年11月13日電 /美通社/ -- 世界免稅協會 (Tax Free World Association，TFWA) 主席 Erik Juul-Mortensen 表示：「一名同事問我會用哪個詞來描述2013年世界免稅協會世界展覽，我腦海裏立刻想到『活力』一詞。活力體現在行業的合作意識越來越強，旅客數量不斷增加，參展單位和訪問人數持續增加。」

來自全球免稅與旅遊零售行業近3000家公司的共計6300多名代表參加了這場10月20日（週日）至25日（週五）在康城節慶宮 (Palais des Festivals) 舉行的年度貿易展。參觀者數字較上年同期增長了4%，其中34%屬於免稅與旅遊零售行業主要營運商和店主，較2012年增長了8%。

「活力」體現在整個行業。Generation Research 數據顯示，去年全球銷售額突破了558億美元，較前一年增長9.4%，而當時全球許多地區還正在從金融危機和經濟制約中慢慢恢復。

亞太地區銷售額為199億美元，佔總銷售額的36%，歐洲其次，銷售額為193億美元（35%）。美國佔20%，中東9%，非洲2%。亞太地區憑藉19.4%的增幅再次成為增長最快的地區。

在渠道方面，機場零售依然是到目前為止收入最大的貢獻者，好於航空公司、渡船和其它渠道。滿足快速增長的乘客流需求的現代化機場將非航空零售放在他們發展策略的核心，因此，零售環境正日益多元化、更具吸引力也更加有趣。

在產品行業方面，香水和化妝品憑藉超過28%的市場份額依然是主要行業，接下來是葡萄酒和烈酒，市場份額為16%。但是，美容行業10%的增長率不敵服裝和飾品類（市場份額為14%，2012年較2011年增長13.5%）。令人沒想到的是，手錶、珠寶和高級書寫用具和甜食與美食類別表現也比美容行業好。

一年一度的世界免稅協會世界展覽作為一個商業和交流論壇發揮了重要作用，成為指定給旅遊零售店數不勝數的新產品的推出平臺，這些產品有些僅向遊客出售。

標題[請益] 調到美國Synopsys的機會(?

我的背景是112碩士 eda領域 本來沒打算那麼早找工作, 畢業後想用存的錢出國充電休息 但因緣際會收到Synopsys美國主管寄給我們老闆徵人的信 一開始誤會信裡的意思以為如果上了可以直接去美國工作 於是我寄了resume和成績單 隔天主管也立刻跟我約了phone interview interview長達40分鐘, 基本上就是一一詢問我大學到研所做的每個專題,競賽和計畫 包括演算法和code長度 然後出了幾題演算法的題目問我怎麼解 我自認答得不盡理想, 但至少有點到, 不算偏太遠 當然過程都是英文 結束以後主管說 他覺得我算是他想找的人 因為他們那個部門都是senior的人 每個人都要獨立負責一份code, 並且自己想演算法解決問題 所以他覺得我喜歡寫程式這點很不錯 而且參加國際競賽奪冠的主題也和他們開發的tool很接近 但因為一開始他寄信給我們老闆是想說老闆在美國可能有學生 如果有的話當然優先錄用 所以如果要從台灣hire人過去 簽證方面可能要採用L1 先在台灣synopsys工作一年領台灣薪水 之後調過去再換美國薪水 但不保證一定能調到美國 如果我接受的話他會請另一位主管phone interview 所以現在有兩個猜想 一個是他真的覺得我ok, 如果我在台灣表現不錯, 隔年就能調去美國總公司 一個是他給我軟釘子, 我還不夠符合他要的標準, 不值得他們大費周章辦簽證, 但是能進他們公司對他們也不錯 版上臥虎藏龍, 所以我想問問 有人有遇過類似的情況嗎? 從台灣調到美國的可能性高嗎? 一般在台灣面試工作後要調到美國總公司可能頗難(? 但因為這位主管是Synopsys Fellow 而且在台灣掛我們老闆名字超好用 這樣的情況會比較有利嗎? 還請各位不吝指教, 謝謝~ p.s. 我是女生, 沒有兵役問題 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.229.226 ※ 編輯: s84252 來自: 140.112.229.226 (10/26 02:20)
