標題[請益] 調到美國Synopsys的機會(?

我的背景是112碩士 eda領域 本來沒打算那麼早找工作, 畢業後想用存的錢出國充電休息 但因緣際會收到Synopsys美國主管寄給我們老闆徵人的信 一開始誤會信裡的意思以為如果上了可以直接去美國工作 於是我寄了resume和成績單 隔天主管也立刻跟我約了phone interview interview長達40分鐘, 基本上就是一一詢問我大學到研所做的每個專題,競賽和計畫 包括演算法和code長度 然後出了幾題演算法的題目問我怎麼解 我自認答得不盡理想, 但至少有點到, 不算偏太遠 當然過程都是英文 結束以後主管說 他覺得我算是他想找的人 因為他們那個部門都是senior的人 每個人都要獨立負責一份code, 並且自己想演算法解決問題 所以他覺得我喜歡寫程式這點很不錯 而且參加國際競賽奪冠的主題也和他們開發的tool很接近 但因為一開始他寄信給我們老闆是想說老闆在美國可能有學生 如果有的話當然優先錄用 所以如果要從台灣hire人過去 簽證方面可能要採用L1 先在台灣synopsys工作一年領台灣薪水 之後調過去再換美國薪水 但不保證一定能調到美國 如果我接受的話他會請另一位主管phone interview 所以現在有兩個猜想 一個是他真的覺得我ok, 如果我在台灣表現不錯, 隔年就能調去美國總公司 一個是他給我軟釘子, 我還不夠符合他要的標準, 不值得他們大費周章辦簽證, 但是能進他們公司對他們也不錯 版上臥虎藏龍, 所以我想問問 有人有遇過類似的情況嗎? 從台灣調到美國的可能性高嗎? 一般在台灣面試工作後要調到美國總公司可能頗難(? 但因為這位主管是Synopsys Fellow 而且在台灣掛我們老闆名字超好用 這樣的情況會比較有利嗎? 還請各位不吝指教, 謝謝~ p.s. 我是女生, 沒有兵役問題 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.229.226 ※ 編輯: s84252 來自: 140.112.229.226 (10/26 02:20)

（中央社記者陳守國金門26日電）2013高粱、老街、風獅爺文化季今天開幕，縣長李沃士表示，每個鄉鎮都有具代表性文化活動，希望活動帶動地方發展。

風獅爺文化季今天在金沙戲院前廣場登場，李沃士、立委楊應雄、中國國民黨金門縣黨部主委林芳旋、金防部政戰副主任李清俊、金沙鎮長陳昆第等人拉開彩球，宣布文化季開始。

配合文化季，縣府觀光處月初起舉辦「搭電瓶車尋找風獅爺」活動，每週六、日舉辦，搭車地點在金沙車站，遊程約2小時，由解說員導覽，認識沙美的7尊風獅爺及財神公園等15尊文武財神。

高粱是釀造高粱酒主要原料，陳昆第表示，金沙鎮高粱年產量200萬公斤，佔金門年產量的60%，品質比進口高粱好；縣長指示重振八卦形沙美老街風華；風獅爺50尊，全縣最多，風獅爺是地方守護神，可鎮風、避邪、鎮煞，甚至治病的傳說。所以舉辦高粱、老街、風獅爺文化季。

李沃士指出，文化活動帶動地區發展，將觀光與地方產業結合，金城鎮迎城隍活動已闖出名氣，是十大觀光小城，也被文化部納入十大重要文化活動評鑑中；金寧鄉發展低碳旅遊；每個鄉鎮活動都有不一樣的成果，透過鄉鎮與縣府合作，讓活動辦得盡善盡美。

楊應雄指出，金沙鎮除高粱外，酸白菜也有名，老街代表文化，財神公園石雕佛像精緻，希望文化季活動能火紅；沙美戲院閒置很可惜，應活化利用，與高粱、小吃結合，變成金門秋冬的亮點。

他建議鎮公所，明年到大陸福建宣傳文化季活動，50尊風獅爺讓遊客拓印紀念，擴大活動效果。

開幕後踩街，金沙鎮12隊國中小學生以高粱、老街、風獅爺為主題裝扮，展現熱情與創意，呈現另類文化內涵。金沙國小複合式運動場舉辦「風獅爺彩繪活動」，金沙鎮公所贈送風獅爺陶坯供DIY彩繪，由民眾與小朋友彩繪風獅爺面具。

周邊則有園遊會，供應餐飲；晚間有晚會表演活動。1021026

【王煌忠／台中報導】台中市凌晨驚傳住宅強盜案！無業嫌犯黃宗恩(46歲)因缺錢花用，長期觀察住在樓下家境優渥的七旬顏姓夫妻，遂鎖定犯案，今晨三時許，黃嫌從五樓臥室窗戶，利用繩索垂降到三樓陽台，侵入屋內叫醒熟睡中的老夫妻，黃嫌擔心對方反抗，竟先下手為強，持尖刀、球棒朝老夫妻揮擊，搜括二萬八千元現金後逃離大樓。
 
被害老翁因手臂遭劃傷，需住院縫合治療，其妻僅手指輕微劃傷並為大礙。警方獲報追查，從歹徒遺留在陽台的繩索連接到五樓，及大樓監視器拍下的歹徒身型，鎖定黃嫌涉案，案發不到二個小時，在大樓附近的一家百貨賣場，逮捕正在買煙結帳的黃嫌，訊後將全案黃嫌依強盜罪嫌移送。
