台南‧生活采風：台南文化創意產業園區 (原總督府專賣局臺南出張所) 網誌：http://boylondon.pixnet.net/blog/post/101249927 地址：台南市北區北門路2段16號 GPS：120.12.45 22.59.53 開放時間：13:00-21:00 公休日：無 消費：免費入場 臉書：故宮潮 府城遊 台南文化創意產業園區的設立是在民國100年時， 由行政院文化建設委員會推動文創產業群聚政策， 在臺北、臺中、嘉義、花蓮，以及臺南設置五處文化創意產業園區。 台南文化創意園區就位在北門路二段16號， 園區另外有個核心基地在於衛民街1號的知事官邸。 台南園區面積是五個園區中最小的，面積僅0.53公頃， 但文建會希望以臺南豐厚的歷史文化資產與城市文明來結合文化創意與產業， 並聯結周邊十個文化創意生活聚點工程， 塑造出一處以「創意生活產業」為發展特色的文創人才育成的平台。 北門路火車站旁的這處園區，在google map street view上仍可看到2012年1月的舊照， 當時外牆仍未拆除，日治時期留下的出張所從外頭看不到，在經過長達4年的整理後， 完成時後讓不少人驚艷，多了廣闊的廣場，後方就是鐵道， 如果有設座位的話就能像台南南站，休息時看火車經過倒也不錯。 庭院內有個昌南社石碑，背面寫著昭和十一年九月二十五日鎮座。 臉書網友Siraya Tsai分享，昌南社是隸屬於原台灣總督府專賣局台南支局的局內社， 據載於昭和11年(1936)3月開工，同年9月24日完工，次日鎮座， 祭神除了天照大神、北白川宮能久親王外，還有一些台灣鮮少的神像武甕槌神、 經津主神、岐神、大山咋神和中津島姬命等，但今日僅餘石碑。 旁邊仍在整建中的水泥大樓，從廣場內可看到側邊鋼構的樓梯及骨架， 如果能再發揮點創意彩繪，可以變成台南版的龐畢度中心。 文建會的資料裡有此處的歷史沿革： 日治時期 1905年，日本在此設置總督府專賣局臺南出張所，辦理菸草專賣事務。 1921年，增設菸草工廠，名為「臺南分工廠」。 民國時期 1945年，改制為台灣省菸酒公賣局臺南分局，掌管樟腦食鹽菸酒火柴度量衡產銷業務。 2004年，內政部都委會通過及公告創意文化專用區主要計畫變更案， 由行政院文化建設委員會完成園區整體發展計畫， 經過都市計畫變更及土地移撥、文化創意資源調查工作，著手進行園區建築整修工程。 2013年，於9月6日由台南創意生活節做為開幕首展，並邀浩角翔起擔綱活動代言人。 首展是9/6~9/20的2013台南創意生活節，現在是第二檔，從9/27~11/27， 由故宮博物院主辦、文化部協辦的「故宮潮 府城遊」，執行單位是黃盒子互動工程。 故宮潮 府城遊是國立故宮博物院的無牆博物館系列， 而且是南台灣唯一一場的展覽，我有去高雄看過會動的清明上河圖， 台南這裡基於展場面積的關係，規模沒辦法那麼大，但主辦單位充份利用了隔間， 並導入了數位及互動兩項元素，個人覺得蠻適合帶小朋友一起來看展， 也可事先電話預約導覽，電話0981552554。 入場的接待及大廳掛了一些書法及山水畫作品，有晉唐書法名蹟， 像快雪時睛帖、自敘帖、祭姪文稿，名畫有谿山行旅圖、早春圖、萬壑松風圖…等。 這裡的數位化，會動的清明上河圖是清院本，不是宋版，高解析度的古畫動漫， 以無接縫熔接技術，將多台高解析投影機的畫面組成仿書畫長卷之長形螢幕光牆， 透過導覽及數化化，十分活靈活現，可坐在長椅上觀賞。 另一邊的小房間是產學合作區，由故宮博物院與實踐大學媒體傳達設計學系所合作， 這裡有3個互動遊戲，像切水果、摘荔枝…等，一旁有典故介紹，小朋友們都玩的很開心。 另外還有國寶劇院區及非看不可書畫互動區、故宮邀請西方藝術家Peter Nelson， 以仇英的漢宮春曉為依據，創造出三維模型的西方藝術觀點區，可慢慢欣賞。 參考資料： 文建會 http://www.cca.gov.tw/artnews.do?method=findById&id=1222852534567 財團法人成大研究發展基金會：「臺南創意文化園區建築與環境使用需求調查」，2004） 台南創意生活節 http://www.tainan-creativelife.com.tw/about/history FB Siraya Tsai -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.78.142.42

（中央社記者潘智義台北28日電）富蘭克林投顧指出，看好亞洲出口復甦，及消費趨勢，可分別布局大型股，掌握美歐復甦商機；並透過小型股，挖掘亞洲內需投資機會。

富蘭克林投顧表示，布局亞洲股市，除透過大型出口類股，掌握美歐需求復甦商機之外，更為貼近亞洲在地需求的中小型類股，也值得留意。

尤其亞洲各國政府傾向提升內需表現，以強化長期可持續性的經濟成長力，富蘭克林預期，內需消費類股仍將是亞股長期投資主軸。

另外，中國共產黨第18屆3中全會即將於11月舉行，富蘭克林投顧分析，根據過去經驗分析，3中全會通常是制定政策方向，而非提供執行面細節；本次會議可能釋出政策改革方向，推估應為降低政府對於市場的控制、財政改革、能源政策、金融與資本帳戶改革、土地改革，及改善城市化進程。

富蘭克林認為，中國大陸將藉由政策改革，降低由供給面驅動的成長瓶頸，刺激內需的再平衡，強化財政、金融、資源使用的可持續性。

亞銀預估，亞太地區45個經濟體2013年平均成長6%、2014年進一步成長6.2%，中國大陸經濟今明兩年分別成長7.6%、7.4%。最近幾個月金融市場的劇烈波動，凸顯亞洲經濟體進行結構性改革的必要性，以確保經濟可持續成長。

因此，著重亞洲當地內需成長的中小型股，也值得留意。1021028

標題[問題] iphone5s 指紋辨識

ip5s 的指紋辨識是滿方便的 但它是不是一定要跟密碼綁在一起? 因為測試下來 發現密碼一關 指紋辨識也跟著失效 也進不去 tough id 的設定那邊 所以意思是這兩個是綁在一起的? 沒辦法 只用指紋辨識而已嗎? (意思就是 只能靠指紋進入系統 把密碼進入這選項取消) 如果是綁在一起的 那對陌生人來說 安全性不是都一樣? 還是有甚麼選項是我沒看到的? 麻煩大大解惑一下 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.115.245.12
