標題[心得] 櫃姐的態度

昨天去台南新天地逛逛, 由於本來是臨時起意,當然也就沒有化妝, 只有擦防曬頂著個眼鏡就去了, 想說趁著周年慶前夕去走走做做功課, 可是毅然發現櫃姐們都蠻現實的, 可能是我看起來年紀小(有人說像大學生),沒化妝,一臉菜, 感覺口袋不夠深,於是都愛理不理的.... 去了艾杜紗,想說我是vip拿一下dm, 居然還要先查一會會員資料才給,還有一堆特惠都賣完了.... 拿給我之後也沒介紹,非常冷淡... 後來去了品木宣言,詢問漫步在雲端是否有特惠組, 櫃姐也只是很冷淡地說...我們家沒有最多只有九折 當下也是傻傻地沒去多想 回家後一查才發現明明就是有優惠組合的!!!!! 哀....被這樣一弄,感到冷暖現實, 不過換個角度想,至少不會想在周年慶買東西了.... 難道因為看起來口袋不深,看起來會做功課, 就不是客人嗎? 台灣的服務業真的需要好好檢討一下啊.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 58.114.154.215
