總統馬英九今（26）日出席2013全國新移民「家庭楷模」暨「婦女楷模」表揚大會，分別用4種語言向在場新移民問候。總統鼓勵新移民的媽媽在家裡教小孩講母語，未來小孩如能運用母語跟媽媽的母社會來往，變成未來很重要的資產。

馬總統說，他看到有這麼多新移民到台灣來，是天上掉下來的，讓大家有機會認識更多越南、泰國、柬埔寨、緬甸、印尼的朋友，非常難得。

他鼓勵新移民的媽媽們，在家裡一定要教小孩講母語，國語教學工作交給老師。

馬總統說，把小孩的母語教好，這樣小孩不但學會了本地的國語，也同時能夠運用母語，並且跟媽媽的母社會來往，「這個變成他未來很重要的一個資源、資產」；多學一種語言，就多開一扇窗戶。

他說，目前10個國中小學生當中，有1名就是來自新移民的家庭。到了2030年之後，全台灣25歲青年當中，有13%來自新移民的家庭，「孩子會講印尼話、越南話、泰國話、柬埔寨話，將來都是他的一項資產，千萬不要認為這是一個麻煩」。

東南亞的潛力無窮，馬總統說，台灣應該多培養這方面的人才，重視與東南亞的關係，這也是國家重要的政策，「不是政府喊幾句『南向政策』就會這樣，必須扎實去研究、誠懇與東南亞民眾交往」。

此外，馬總統也透露，今年已有超過1100位新移民加入國民黨，代表新移民認為國民黨願意照顧新移民，誠懇跟新移民交朋友，這很重要，也希望這成為台灣的特色。

標題[問題] 大省333方案手機選擇？

要準備NP來去中華大省333方案了， 先前問過SONY防水機系列後，是比較中意Z， 但是總覺得它電池續航力不太好！ 因為每天會講半小時(含~以上)電話，希望能選到電力較好的！ 次之重視拍照錄影功能。 於是又來請教大省333方案裡的以下幾支優惠價手機： 1.HTC Butterfly(蝴蝶)：有粉紅蝴蝶可以選(心動)！有防潑水， 那是不是可以支援濕手指觸控？ 2.LG G2(16G)：聽說頗省電、規格也不錯、目前賣得很好。 不過n年前用的LG智障型手機會突然關機當機讓我對LG有陰影！ 3.LG Optimus GJ：有防水、CP值高。 另外是不在優惠方案內但一直想買的→ 4.Sony Xperia Z：喜歡它的外型和鏡面殼、螢幕可以再大一些更好(誤)， 看家人和朋友用沒啥不滿意的，就是電力不太好(汗)。 另外有人推LG OG是指LG Optimus G還是LG Optimus G pro呢？ 以上四選一的話，整體來看會怎麼推薦呢？先謝謝各位^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.238.99.64

【羅惠齡／台北報導】以47次盜壘成功奪今年太平洋聯盟「盜壘王」的陽岱鋼，今暢談他的旅日心情，近兩年在日職成績突飛猛進，被問及是否有意到大聯盟發展？26歲岱鋼發下豪語，如果有機會的話，希望在30歲的時候前往挑戰。
 
陽岱鋼接受中華隊徵召打經典賽，表現出色，吸引全台民眾目光，卻換來受傷，但仍拿下盜壘王，全壘打飆到18支，他坦言：「今年是在膝蓋、肩膀跟手肘有傷的情況下比賽。」
 
陽岱鋼表示，本來剛開始對於拚盜壘王沒什麼想法，但比賽時看到學弟盜壘，成功後站起來的感覺還蠻帥的，他覺得盜壘就是跑者跟捕手一對一的對決，當成功盜上壘包，看到捕手被盜壘的表情還蠻爽的，因此他就愈來愈有盜壘企圖心。
 
過去一直將松井稼頭央視為偶像，松井曾到大聯盟發展，後來回鍋日職，陽岱鋼有機會跟他交流，松井還邀請他一起自主訓練，岱鋼說：「如果真的有機會挑戰大聯盟，希望在30歲的時候。」
 
2009年，陽岱鋼在八八風災義演賽時於球場向當時女友謝宛容求婚，隔年兩人結婚，現育有1女，談到老婆，岱鋼無限感激，甚至一度哽咽：「選手能打出成績，是老婆用獨立換來的。」他提及謝宛容懷孕時，陣痛十幾小時，但不想影響他比賽，都沒有講，女兒出生後才告知。
