男子何明樺（32歲）組詐騙集團，以電話恫嚇「你兒子被綁架」招數，從今年5月起行詐。士林地檢署主任檢察官林在培、檢察官蔡東利指揮內政部警政署偵辦，昨天和中國大陸上海市公安局同步搜索，在台灣拘提何等20人，大陸則逮捕38人；其中5名大陸人參與該集團。

士林地檢署指出，歹徒將電話詐騙機房設在上海市，再由機房人員打電話騙台灣人，已知有數十名民眾被害，詐騙金額達新台幣近千萬元。何明樺等4名犯罪要角今遭羈押。

這個詐騙集團曾發生車手「黑吃黑」內鬨，而幕後還有名綽號「總裁」的大陸籍男子指導。
