燦坤文德店開幕　單月營收年增3~5成

【蕭文康／台北報導】賣場逾600坪的燦坤（2430）內湖文德店今開幕，總共納入旗下餐飲、旅遊及通訊等投資事業共組新生活型態店，燦坤副總張岳龍指出，文德店原本單月營收約在1000萬元水準，預期在新生活型態店正式營運後，單月營收可望較去年同期成長3~5成。
 
今開幕典禮包括燦坤董事長閻俊傑、燦坤集團餐飲顧問吳侑昇、五花馬董事長胡達勇、日法坊行政總主廚坊佳樹、震旦通訊總經理廖慶章、燦星旅遊副總經理張瑞琳、富士印副總經理鍾炎祥等均出席。

雲端資安伺服器廠其陽科技(3564-TW)敲定12月3日掛牌上櫃，掛牌價暫訂48元，其陽總經理張國樑表示，公司今年在博奕市場接單大躍進

雲端資安伺服器廠其陽科技(3564-TW)敲定12月3日掛牌上櫃，掛牌價暫訂48元，其陽總經理張國樑表示，公司今年在博奕市場接單大躍進，除了打進日本SEGA及Konami遊戲大廠後，在新增歐洲賭場機台訂單，最快明年貢獻營收，明年博弈產品線營收5成以上成長，加上美網通T1客戶可望進來，明年營運添翼起飛，法人估計明年營收成長2成起跳。

其陽以嵌入式產品起家，目前主要產品為網路安全管理平台，同時跨入博弈機及遊戲機平台產品等。其中網路安全管理平台產品佔去年營收的70%、博弈機及遊戲機平台產品佔6%、嵌入式產品佔11%。其中美國市場佔營收35%、大陸20%、韓國15%、印度15%、歐洲10%，以ODM產品為主力。

張國樑強調，公司的營運主力還是在網通，終端客戶多為防火牆及資安相關領域的廠商，由於雲端需求愈來愈高，加上資料傳輸越來越大，對於資安需求也會大幅提高，對於公司業績具有強力支撐，加上公司的產品已進入全球T1客戶的供應鏈名單，明年美國客戶可望下單，高階產品出貨比重提高，明年占網通比重成長達4成，毛利可望再衝高。

張國樑表示，公司資安客戶群由過去中階市場為主力，至今高階客戶群貢獻佔營收比重超過3成，中階客戶群貢獻約20%，今年6月以來北京子公司為小型組裝廠，組裝線目前進入滿載，公司規畫明年將中國在選擇地區擴充系統組裝產線，新廠規模將是現有數倍以上。

張國樑指出，除了網通產品線外，公司在博奕領域佈局許久，今年開花結果，除了打進日本SEGA及Konami遊戲大廠後，在新增歐洲賭場機台訂單，最快明年貢獻營收，明年博弈產品線營收5成以上成長。

張國樑進一步指出，因成功打入美國一線網通大廠供應鏈，預計未來5年每年營收會有20-30％增長幅度，加上積極布局醫療車載領域，明年開始有機會設立新的產品線，新添營運成長動能。

在受惠雲端產業的成長趨勢下，其陽去年合併營收8.76億元，創下歷史新高，年增38%，每股盈餘4.02元；2013年上半年合併營收達4.71億元，較去年同期成長38%，每股盈餘2.51元，第三季因大陸成長趨緩，業績將略微下滑，但第4季開始，景氣回溫，客戶急單湧現，單季將回到高成長軌道，法人估計今年營運有機會超越去年，營收將衝破10億元。

大陸11月起取消314項行政事業性收費

精實新聞 2013-10-25 12:11:02 記者 顏廷容 報導

大陸財政部表示將會同發展改革委於近日發出通知，自今(2013)年11月1日起取消314項大陸各省、自治區、直轄市所設立的行政事業性收費。

據瞭解，上述宣布將取消的314項行政事業性收費，加上6月份已宣布取消和免徵的33項中央級行政事業性收費，大陸今年以來總計已取消和免徵347項行政事業性收費。

財政部與發改委均表示，加強清理和規範行政事業性收費，有助於改善社會主義市場經濟體制，也有於減輕企業和社會負擔，促進國民經濟健康發展。

...先讓我抽根菸( ′-`)y-～ 恩 我不多說甚麼 我只跟你講為什麼前後兩次差這麼大 首先你根本不懂 會劈腿的 永遠會再劈腿 沒有例外 男女相同 為什麼?? 因為會劈腿的 會出軌的 代表你一定有甚麼地方是不滿足她的 所以她才會向外找 那些不滿足的點 也許很小 小到你會覺得 為了這個選擇別人 根本他媽的神經病 但很抱歉 人就是這樣北七 就像很多人會為了-4的莫名其妙成本一百元不到的集點贈品 硬是湊了幾千塊買垃圾去蒐集 當人只看到她想看到的東西時 其他的缺點跟優點都會自動消失 然後 除非你能改變 否則根本無解 很可惜的是 大部分的人 連他在意的問題她都不會願意跟你講 所以你也改變不了 又或者 已經講了很多次 能改的話你早改了 就不會讓對方出軌 所以 終究還是會再度出軌或劈腿 再來 那為什麼第一次時候她會苦苦哀求你 很簡單 因為第一次是在她沒有心理準備情況之下 這是一個很簡單的情境 我曾對兩歲小朋友做實驗 發現以下情況 給一個兩歲小孩玩具 然後突然不告知就搶走 正常娃兒的反應就是會生氣 大哭 但是如果你是給他玩具後 跟他講 等等我要拿走喔 等你拿走後 會哭的機會少了很多 屢試不爽 又如果 對同一個兩歲小孩 做多次連續實驗 給了玩具之後無預警拿走 多次實驗後 你猜小孩會怎樣?? 答案是他會知道 我會搶他玩具 所以當我靠近他要搶玩具時 他居然會主動給我 恩 這就是人性 你的女朋友亦是如此 剛開始 她因為突然發現要失去你了 再沒有任何備案情況下 她慌了 但是經過一年的適應 加上第一次的洗禮 她一定認真想過 如果妳真的要走 她會怎樣 又或者 她一定認真比較過 是不是你走了 換那個男生取代你 她反而更高興?? 於是當你第二次提出分手 她已經有備案 也就是有後路了 反而是你沒有預期狀況發生 於是就變成你不知所措了 誠心建議你 先思考過分手這個選項 評估 評斷 然後再去談判 決定 談判中如果沒有籌碼 沒有知道立場 那這樣的談判是穩輸的 最後 希望你如過真的要走 要走得有尊嚴 至少當初我跟你一樣情況 然後我走時候 哭的不是我... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.113.240.90

女鼻竇痛2年　醫師取出2公分螺絲

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】義大利有一名57歲女子，稱左臉痛了2年而求醫，醫生在掃描後發現，她的鼻竇和眼睛下方的部位有一根長達2公分的螺絲，就是導致她不舒服的原因。

醫師指出，這枚螺絲原本是用來固定假牙，而女子在2年前進行假牙手術，但這枚螺絲卻移位，讓她的臉部出現疼痛感。醫師經手術後已取出螺絲，而女子也不再感到疼痛。
