成功引入亞太區實力雄厚策略性股東

香港2013年10月17日電 /美通社/ -- 全國房地產百強企業旭輝控股（集團）有限公司（「旭輝」，港交所股份代號︰884）宣佈，亞太區內舉足輕重的投資基金RRJ Capital（“RRJ”）投資美金5,000萬元旭輝的新股。

RRJ將認購旭輝新發行的約2.57億新股，認購價每股港幣1.52元。本次旭輝發行的新股佔現有已發行股本的4.4%或擴大後股本的4.3%。旭輝擬將RRJ投資所得款項淨額美金5,000萬元用於收購新項目或土地及/或用作一般營運資金。

RRJ Capital是一間專注於亞洲市場重點關注中國與東南亞的投資公司，管理的两個基金規模為59億美元。

RRJ由王忠信（Richard Ong）先生創辦成立。王忠信先生目前是RRJ的董事長及首席執行官。在創辦RRJ以前，王忠信先生是厚樸基金 Hopu Fund I 的創始合伙人之一及首席執行官。王忠信先生曾任職於高盛集團長達15年, 並擔任高盛亚洲（日本除外）投資銀行部的聯席主管。王忠文（Charles Ong）先生目前是RRJ的聯席董事長及聯席首席執行官。2012年加入RRJ之前, 王忠文先生於淡馬錫控股公司任職10年並擔任首席投資官及首席策劃官等多個職位。王忠文先生於2009至2011年出任附屬淡馬錫的獅誠國際投資公司首席執行官一職。

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】中興航空補給機墜毀空難，造成2位駕駛跟1名氣象局人員罹難，遺體晚上運抵嘉義殯儀館。氣象局長辛在勤及罹難者家屬、中興航空副總經理侯建文等，晚上都趕到殯儀館慰問家屬。南投主任檢察官兼新聞發言人林柏宏、主任檢察官謝謂誠及檢察官王全中，也於晚上8點多抵達殯儀館進行相驗。林柏宏表示，明天上午10點將進行2位駕駛解剖。　
 
辛在勤表示，陳文忠在玉山氣象站服務14年表現良好，他熱心助人，每每獲知山難，都義不容辭跑去救人，這次事故讓大家很難過；在撫恤金方面，陳文忠因公殉職224萬元、勞保理賠金150萬元加上飛安意外險600萬元，共974萬元。至於2位駕駛，航空公司表示還要與保險公司洽詢。
 
林柏宏表示，初步相勘正駕駛張國綱頭部有外傷，身體四肢多處骨折，而副駕駛林益淇及氣象站工友陳文忠則是體內腔出血，為釐清事故發生是否與身體狀況有關，2名駕駛將於明天進行解剖。至於乘客陳文忠因他的大哥陳文章和三哥陳文織都反對解剖，哥哥激動的說：「好好的人變成這樣，已經很難過，不要再解剖了！」目前朝向不解剖。

巴隆每半年進行一次「Big Money」訪調，秋季調查結果顯示，135位受訪的基金經理人中，68%看好或非常看好美股後市，不認為華盛頓政壇近來的戲劇性變化會對股市造成持久衝擊。但唱旺美股的聲勢略小於今年春季。當時有74%的基金經理人看多，比率創新高。

如今這些多頭人士認為美股至明年6月的漲幅小於10%。道瓊工業指數這段期間可望上漲7%，今年底收在15,700點，2014年中升抵16,486點；標普500指數和那斯達克指數同期間可勁揚5%，分別漲至1,824點和4,116點。這反映出71%的受訪者認為股價已達合理價位，比率高於今春的58%。

標普500指數依明年預估盈餘估算的本益比為14，與歷史數據相比，既不貴也不便宜。過半基金經理人認為本益比未來一年會再攀高。

大多數基金經理人認為，未來一年表現最佳的資產類別是股票。以地區而言，約半數看好美股，24%鍾情歐股，8%押注日股。以類股來說，32%認為科技股因基本面強勁，未來一年將領漲，11%青睞金融股，10%選能源股，公用事業股則少有支持者。基金經理人押注科技股的心理，可從他們最偏好的個股看出端倪：蘋果、Google和微軟高居排行榜。
