去年8月甲仙區連日雨，當地土質鬆軟，工人鍾達鑑在台20線聖道橋附近施作擋土牆修復工程時，幾乎被崩落的砂土活埋，送醫不治。法官判潘姓工地主任有罪，鍾姓承包商也須負責，依違反勞工安全衛生法判6個月徒刑，可易科罰金。

判決指出，100年7月底高雄山區連日降雨，鍾姓工人到甲仙區台20線附近施作工程，當時開挖面的土壤因飽含水分，乘載力不足，他被命令在5公尺深的工地察看，現場沒有任何擋土支撐。鍾姓工人查看時，上方砂土突然崩落，將他掩埋，剩左手露出。

現場工人和消防人員將他救出時，鍾姓工人已經沒有心跳。潘姓工地負責人被判刑8個月，緩刑3年。黃姓工人證稱，事發前多次由監造人員告知鍾姓負責人，告知現場沒有按圖施作擋土牆設施，是涉及工程安全的重要事項，要找承包商謀補救措施，再決定要不要進行後續工程。

＊說是一～三集，隨便寫寫而已。 唔。因為關心勞動權利所以看了，大概覺得是6~70分的戲吧。 美式漫畫開場跟時代劇的配樂，不管哪一種實在都沒有感受到呢。 就演出方式跟美漫或時代劇都無關。 第一集的爬行是有點誇張， 不過我覺得各人因為自己的私仇才行動，這點好像還蠻合理的， 畢竟如果政府的勞權單位很強大的話， 世道就不會是現在這樣了。（雖然沒有很了解日本的勞動狀況） 用個逮捕權也這麼驚天動地可見平時有多費。 沒有特別有魅力的角色但個個都算可愛， 第一集正妹同事要警察幫忙時突然哭出來還蠻賤（小厲害）的。 主角嘛．．．老實說我覺得她行動好奇怪，不像人， 希望到最後有個深遠的解釋，就像三田那樣。 可是也覺得，如果不是這麼固執的個性， 在顢頇的行政體系裡，是激蕩不出一點可能性的。 　　在一般公司做社保士？的先生很帥。 　　署內最高的、常跟著主角走的先生有點悶， 　　但常顯露出一點細微處，似乎是有理想的人，但又不突出。 　　每次看他愛亂買東西的媽媽就覺得很煩，讓人露出跟他一樣的臉色， 　　這邊很不有趣，不知道劇情安排有什麼深意。　　　　 第二集告訴觀眾管理職的概念， 　　　事主最後說要好好加強自己的勞權知識，蠻有教育意義的。　　 第三集最後社長幫所有員工找到工作這個結局，好像有點童話。 不過我覺得從第一集到第三集， 都有表現出員工的掙扎， 其實也都是常見的勞動糾紛故事， 怕沒工作怕公司倒等等的。 要不是主角的個性如此強硬， 跟一隻鬥犬似的，可能連觀眾都想不了了之吧。 也許她那樣的個性， 是在這重重枷鎖的社會中，一把直接剪斷的鐵剪。 -- 星星 月亮 沒有太陽～中島美雪介紹會「星月篇」「我寫歌， 與其是為別人，不如說是為了自己，因為沒有人會鼓勵我。」 時間：11月17日(日)14:00　地點：台中"森林旁邊"3樓 ＊請事前至網址內報名。http://blog.roodo.com/honkwun/archives/25750780.html -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.64.208.65 ※ 編輯: honkwun 來自: 61.64.208.65 (10/20 04:37)
