【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】聯合國大會昨選出人權理事會14個新成員國，中國、俄羅斯、沙烏地阿拉伯、越南、古巴的人權紀錄雖遭詬病，卻依舊當選，任期3年。其他當選國家包括英國、法國、馬爾地夫、馬其頓、墨西哥、阿爾及利亞、摩洛哥、納米比亞、南非。
 
「人權觀察」指中國、俄羅斯、沙烏地阿拉伯、越南、阿爾及利亞五國，拒絕聯合國人權監督小組前往調查涉嫌踐踏人權事件。「聯合國觀察」說，中國、古巴、俄羅斯和沙國不但有系統地踐踏本國公民的人權，而且還經常投票阻撓聯合國保護人權的動議。

號稱有百萬象迷的兄弟隊將走入歷史，兄弟象董事長洪瑞河今天在兄弟飯店舉行記者會，老球迷說，「就像男女朋友分手一樣的心痛」。

綽號「奇哥」的兄弟象迷今年32歲，從職棒3年開始支持兄弟象，至今21年，他今天走出記者會場，在兄弟飯店一樓的人行道受訪。得知象隊將吹熄燈號，老球迷心情無法平復，他說「非常震驚，怎麼可能不難過」。

「奇哥」說，從小到大，兄弟象隊陪伴每個球迷長大，球迷與球迷之間，球迷與球隊之間，培養出一種類似家人、至親一樣的感情。

一同前來的象迷「阿寶」補充說，「這種心情就像男女朋友分手一樣，心痛」。

30歲的「阿寶」從職棒6年開始支持兄弟象，他很自豪一路陪伴象隊走過低潮谷底，也曾共同享受過勝利的榮耀，他說，兄弟象迷之間有一種難以形容的凝聚力，「除了兄弟象，全台灣去哪裡找這麼有情感的球迷」。

「阿寶」強調，這股象迷之間的凝聚力，絕對不是因為哪一個球員，而是來自這一件黃色球衣，以及「兄弟象」這三個字。

「阿寶」說，數十年來儘管球隊陣容不同，戰績也起起落落，唯一不變的是象迷對於「兄弟」兩個字的認同感，「這就是兄弟精神」。

如今最愛的球隊面臨易主，儘管陣容相同，但球衣、隊名勢必調整，「阿寶」說，「沒有兄弟象三個字，就不是兄弟象了，不叫兄弟之後，我不知道自己可以繼續支持多久」。

標題[心得] 南僑水晶肥皂使用心得

=暫時沒有網誌版=無名小站沒了= 剛剛看到大家推文說水晶肥皂，熊熊想到我之前一直想要打心得文。 所以趁吃飯時間邊吃邊打一下，給大家做個參考。 我的膚質是臉上會長痘子的油肌，身體不太長痘痘， 很平常(?)的身體皮膚。 用水晶肥皂的起源(?)是因為在這邊看到有人用， 據說洗的很乾淨之類的。 但有也有看的人反對，說會傷皮膚太刺激什麼的。 所以好奇心爆發，就去超市買來用。 一包是六大塊，價錢很便宜。 我特地買的就是南僑水晶肥皂，洗衣服洗的很乾淨的那款。 （請在洗潔粉附近尋找它的蹤跡） 我從四月用到現在，有時候想要換個口味還是會用別的洗。 但使用次數天數加起來，也一定有超過三個月。 但是實驗體還是只有我本人（聳肩） 我姐怎樣都不肯試，所以在這邊報告一下成果。 我的使用法是： 因為水晶肥皂實在太大塊了，所以我都切一半。 拿小水盆泡在裡面。開始刷牙，刷完牙後肥皂比較軟化。 沾沐浴泡泡球一起起泡洗澡。 1. 身體（背痘） 我原本身體從來不長痘， 但從三月韓國回來後，不知道為什麼， 背上冒了很多痘痘。 去看了醫生，擦了藥也沒什麼成效。 也有注重清潔，但效果都不好。 後來在版上看到文章，直接洗了水晶肥皂。 洗全身，不含臉。 不到兩個星期，背痘完全消失!! 我現在背上也是一顆痘痘都沒有。 超開心。 但壞處就是手軸的地方會有點乾，但如果乾就擦身體乳液。 所以還好。 長身體痘的人可以試試，大推薦呀。 ＝＝＝ 既然身體痘痘被消滅了，我就很好奇用在臉上會不會有同樣的效果。 雖然我姐大叫叫我不要挑戰，但我還是試了。 2.臉 (我也洗了有三個月) 就和一般洗臉皂一樣，洗泡後洗臉。 不得不說去油力真的是很強。 我覺得洗起來很清爽乾淨。 重點是，洗了痘痘真的減少了!!!!!! 我個人痘痘真的是減少了。 皮膚真的變好。 讓我看著我架子上那些舒特膚、innisfree等等洗面乳， 心中有很多無言。 真的是相見恨晚。 現在從臉洗到腳就一塊肥皂，皮膚反而比以前好很多。 又便宜。 真不知道以前在幹嘛...... = 我連頭髮都想拿水晶肥皂洗， 試過一次，太乾澀了，洗不開。放棄。 但臉到身體全部都是很OK的。 我個人覺得洗起來很清爽，又乾淨，又比較不會長痘痘。 目前已經用到第10大塊了。（因為我都泡水軟化＋泡泡球用，用很快） （還會順便洗內衣褲......) 如果我用其他洗面乳洗臉,純粹是因為"可惡，都已經買了很浪費，只好使用" 的心態在洗。 最喜歡的還是水晶肥皂。（榮登最愛） 我還和我姐說 "原來說來說去我就是貧賤命，再貴的東西用了都不合，便宜才是真愛。" （飲食也是，我喜歡滷肉飯勝過很多很貴的食物） XD 我知道有人反對這樣洗啦，但我覺得很好用。 以上。 推薦給身體有痘痘煩惱的人。 臉的話，跟我一樣膽大的人再試吧:D -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.233.77.31
