【王烱華／台北報導】金門大膽島、二膽島撤軍緊急喊停！國防部長嚴明上午表示，大、二膽島涉及地方發展、國土防衛等問題，有關兵力部署調整，會聽從、採納立委意見。

立委林郁方在質詢時指出，大、二膽對國軍來說，是一個打勝仗有歷史意義的地方，不能光聽從金門縣政府以發展觀光為出發的考量，國軍可以調整兵力但絕對不能退守，因為這象徵我們對國土一寸不讓的決心，不是金錢可以衡量。他並強調，如果國防部要撤軍「我們就是宣戰」。

嚴明表示，大膽、二膽島是整體政策問題，包括地方經建發展，也牽涉國土防衛和兩岸政策，由行政院、各部會和國安單位經過長時間研討，9月12日核定移交計畫，目前所有做法都按計畫執行。有關大、二膽島兵力部署調整和後續交接工作，會聽從甚至採納立委的意見。

但有些執行科檢察官會給受刑人方便

而有些則未必

3.驗不過   看是另案處理   或是行政罰單

(因為板大並未說驗不過是哪一級毒品)

4.地檢署是有值日檢察官

但所謂24小時   不太懂

因為相關看守所   也有時間限制

所以....不是版大何時報到   都會被移送到基隆看守所

【綜合報導】身兼民進黨主席蘇貞昌核心幕僚、文宣部副主任的李厚慶，去年向妻子黃女表示要南下陪蘇貞昌輔選，當晚卻到三立新聞台女主播白舒樺家中遭妻捉姦。

去年五月，李簽和解書賠償黃女四百萬元獲撤告及協議離婚。和解書中寫明，黃女願撤回對丈夫的通姦告訴，但強調「和解書不代表黃女寬恕白舒樺。」黃女仍告白女通姦並求償一百萬元。法官認為，兩人公然擁抱又深夜共處一室，已破壞黃女婚姻幸福，應賠二十萬元，但兩人對黃女的損害應負起連帶賠償責任，李男既已賠償四百萬元，應包含白女的二十萬元，因此判白女免賠。刑事部分白女已獲不起訴。

雖美國政府因為預算案無法如期通過而停擺，但是歷經多日下跌之後，加上美國9月製造業指數上升至今年新高點，帶動今天凌晨收盤的美股呈現反彈上漲格局。

台股近期量縮在於外資降溫，但是內資卻開始升溫。福邦投顧分析師陳唯泰指出，連續二個交易日融資呈現增加狀態，合計增加11億元，雖然金額不大，但是對於盤面已有不小的影響，包括中小型股活碰亂跳，昨天漲停板的家數總計有41檔，而且超過50%比例的個股，股本不到10億元，其他也大多不到50億元；低檔、低價位個股落後補漲，類股輪動速度快。

陳唯泰表示，內資盤的特色就是盤面強勢股輪動得很快，今天強的個股可能後天就熄火，投資人操作只能「以快打快」。
