我的PFI到手兩個多禮拜都沒什麼問題 (還自以為很幸運都沒遇到板友的問題Q_Q) 沒想到就在剛剛...玩candy的時候第一次死當了\@0@/ 整個畫面當住不動...等了一陣子後想說把手機抽出來看看好了 結果手機還是全沒有畫面(還是其實不能這樣抽?要等多久比較好嗎?) 我有注意電量還有40幾趴所以不會是電量的問題 長按電源鍵無法開機 就算插上充電器也是毫無反應 請問有解嗎.....還是放著過段時間他會自己復活..... 標題[微雷]拔一條河 超級好看

朋友問我是在那些地方掉下了眼淚 我想 似乎從影片開始的五分鐘我就開始落淚 而這樣的狀態就一直持續到最後了 觸動我的點在於人 在於努力 在於榮譽心 在於責任感 在於愛 小朋友努力不是為了豐厚的獎金也不是在於能出名 那是一種榮譽感 所以他們很盡力 小朋友擁有相對少的資源 可是他們很珍惜 他們是屬於新一代的混血兒 可是有些人卻無法大大方方承認自己另一半的血緣 但我很慶幸他們仍保有小朋友獨有的樂觀與善良 他們懂得分享 他們懂得互相幫助 學弟妹懂得感激學長姊的努力 當他們擁有了之後知道怎麼去分享得來不易的資源 怕對方傷心而故意輸掉的練習賽其實是屬於他們的貼心 很慶幸這些小朋友遇到了熱心又善良的體育老師 當他說小朋友記不記得他並不重要 重要的是拔河這件事能在他們人生中改變些什麼 有這樣的身教，就能教出一群懂事的小朋友 除了老師，另一股溫暖的力量就是來自於充滿愛的外籍媽媽們 對於這片不是家鄉的土地 外籍媽媽們卻因為愛而很努力 當有能力的人都選在最糟的時候離開了 他們或許因為別無選擇而留下 但他們並不是自暴自棄 反而更樂觀更堅強 有時候我覺得很慚愧 豐衣足食的我如果真的遇到這麼大的災難 我想我可能會比他們更沮喪 如果是我要告別自己的家人跟朋友獨自到一個陌生的生活 我有辦法跟他們一樣融入嗎? 可能也無法 裡面有一個媽媽幾乎是跟我同年 而對照我們的生活 我覺得好難過 她已經經歷過了生離死別 還要獨立撫養一個小孩 想想自己偶爾還有不切實際的夢想，實在是很不好意思 一個浪漫的婚禮對很多女孩兒而言在婚姻中似乎是理所當然的存在 可是對這些媽媽們 婚姻就是現實的生活 沒有太多玫瑰色的畫面 對他們來說 愛其實來自於責任 透過導演的鏡頭 我反思了我們對這些新移民的態度 他們值得全然的接納 因為對他們而言 台灣已經比原本的國家更像家鄉了 紀錄片最美好的地方在於 老天永遠是最好的編劇 人生的際遇常常出乎我們意料之外的精彩 結果有時可能不盡人意 但只要不放棄都能期待另一個高潮迭起 謝謝導演用他的專業溫暖了很多人 這部影片讓我想了很多不曾思考過的問題 也讓我們在這麼紛擾的社會中找回一些溫暖與良善 所以我希望自己也能為這部片做些什麼 希望真的有人能因為看完這篇文章而覺得"好像可以去看一下喔" 然後因為看完這部片而願意為這個社會需要幫助的人多付出一些 那這個好的循環就能建立 我們就可以往一個更好的方向前進 改變可能就從這麼小的起心動念開始 請大家支持拔一條河!!最後再次謝謝楊導演，如果他看的到的話.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.192.101.236

【生活中心、突發中心／台北報導】不滿總統馬英九毀憲亂政、民不聊生，「929社運連線」向台北市警局申請本月26日於陽明山遊行，擬在國民黨全代會場外動員萬人圍馬，卻收到不予許可通知，社運連線質疑有政治力介入，揚言圍馬活動不會因此受影響。
 
原訂9月24日舉行的國民黨全代會，外傳將於本月26日在陽明山中山樓舉行，由全國關廠工人連線等團體組成的「929社運連線」日前向警方申請26日於陽明山遊行，卻被警方以「該路線部分路段已經有其他團體申請遊行」為由、不予許可，「929社運連線」已決定提出申覆。
 
台北市警局表示，因同時段已有陽明山住戶提前申請「我愛草山」大遊行，舉辦淨山活動，故不予許可，如有不服，可向警政署申覆。

各位達人:

您好~

想請您賜教如下:

在訴訟結束後, 敗訴的一方因為當初有假扣押被告一些金額~
並且自己也有擔保金在法院~

因為案子結束, 就有寄存證信函請勝訴方行使權利看有沒損失~
對方已簽收存證信函回來在20日內行使~

請問那要怎麼知道對方有無行使權利呢?
如果有行使, 是法院會通知敗訴的一方對方行使內容嗎?還是法院就自己默默的裁定勝訴方要求要扣多少損失...然後就定鐸從擔保金扣除...事先都不通知敗訴方呀?
