台中菲網友網登太平島 宣示主權

南海主權戰打到網路上，知名網路地形圖資庫Google Earth提供網友在地圖上標示打卡的功能，Google Earth的太平島地圖上，也成為台、中、菲三國網友的主權戰場。有菲律賓網友網登太平島空照圖上，將之標示為Itu Aba Island Philippines（菲律賓的Itu Aba Island）。

我國網友不甘示弱，也上網將之標示為「中華民國領土他國別想」、「中華民國台灣太平島碑」等，甚至有人在碼頭上標示「海軍飛彈快艇」，跑道上也有空軍C-130運輸機。

主權之戰中國大陸網友自然也不缺席，也用簡體字在上頭標記「中華人民共和國－太平島」字樣。

菲律賓網友登入Google Earth將太平島打卡登載為菲國領土，引發兩岸網友也網登太平島宣示主權。翻攝Google Map

蘋果地圖更新 我太平島跑道與砲位清晰

各國南沙主權爭奪戰轉為鴨子划水，由巡邏罵戰轉向積極從事各島嶼建設，我南沙太平島建設近年迭經更新，但因地處偏遠海天一隅，一般民眾沒有導航需求，原未列一般衛星導航系統拮取最新衛星空拍的對象，但蘋果公司所屬APPLE MAP在更新內容後，已將太平島完整衛星空照圖資呈現，不但島上跑道結構、兵舍部署清晰可見，部分40砲、20砲固定砲位也能辨識出來。

10d1654172a38f1ef1d7da67fc3d4e24 Goophone 是一間專門生產所謂的「高彷」手機的中國手機廠商，在 iPHONE 5S 以及 5c 上市之後，很快的他們也推出了「GooPhone 5s」以及「GooPhone 5c」，有趣的是，一直處於傳聞階段的 Apple 智慧手錶他們也推出了產品：但看起來反而像是 WP8。

山寨機的市場一直沒有少過，即使中國自家逐漸有幾個品牌廠開始崛起，但是山寨廠的品質居然也跟著提昇，真不知道要稱讚他們進步或是開錯了方向。GooPhone 這間我所稱的「專業」山寨手機公司，他們不只山寨了外型，連軟體視覺設計都一併 1:1 的抄了上去，iPHONE 5s 以及 5c 發售之後，很快的「GooPhone 5s 5c」也跟著出來了。

雖然從外型上來看，GooPhone 還跟 iPHONE 5S 十分的相像，但是在外型之外的硬體規格就非常悲劇了，搭配了入門的聯發科 6572 處理器，1GB RAM，4G ROM，qHD 解析度螢幕，Android 4.2。除此之外，GooPhone 也發表了自己的智慧型手錶，而且不是山寨產品：至少 Apple 還沒出。

有趣的是，雖然 GooPhone 的智慧手錶沒有 Apple 的產品能夠「參考」，但他們還是在介面上把 WP8 的介面完整的搬了上來：即使這隻手錶跑的是 Android 系統。GooPhone 的智慧型手錶本身就是一個完整的 Android 裝置，不需要跟別台裝置連動，也可以直接插 sim 卡來使用，使用聯發科 6577 處理器、240x240 解析度，512MB Ram、4GB ROM，Android 4.0。

參加日內瓦會議 敘反抗派尋共識

為了參加日內瓦會議，敘利亞的反抗陣營，正努力尋求共識。受西方國家支持的「敘利亞全國聯盟」11日表示，將派遣2個使節團，與敘利亞境內不同的反抗勢力洽談，討論共同參加「第二次日內瓦會議」事宜。敘利亞全國聯盟指出，第二次日內瓦會議必須促使敘國政治轉型。

敘利亞反對派「敘利亞全國聯盟」11日凌晨透過聲明表示，願意參與「第二次日內瓦會議」，該會議由美國與俄羅斯促成，預計在年底前召開，其目的是在終止歷時2年半的敘利亞內戰，並建立一個臨時政府。

敘利亞全國聯盟也開出與會條件：確保援救團體能進入遭圍困的地區、釋放政治犯，及所有政治會議都應有效促使政治轉型。

敘利亞全國聯盟總部設在土耳其，是包括美國、英國、法國和阿拉伯國家聯盟在內的國際勢力所承認的唯一敘利亞人民合法代表。全國聯盟成員西夏克利說：「我們希望日內瓦會談能達成讓阿薩德下台的結局。」但這項提議並不被目前的敘利亞政府所接受。

敘利亞境內的反抗軍過去曾指出，除非日內瓦會議可促使總統阿薩德下台，否則他們反對日內瓦的和平進程，還揚言將參加日內瓦會議的人冠上「叛國」的罪名。敘利亞境內的反抗軍主要分為主流的「敘利亞自由軍」和與蓋達組織有關聯的武裝份子。

考量反抗軍的反對，敘利亞全國聯盟已經指派一個委員會與敘利亞境內、境外的革命力量舉行會談，說明其對「第二次日內瓦會議」的立場。敘利亞全國聯盟一名成員表示：「我們不能在未獲所有派別廣泛支持的情況下，前往日內瓦。」

敘利亞全國聯盟將派遣2組使節團，分別與敘利亞自由軍及其它民間團體會談，討論參加日內瓦會議事宜。
