【綜合報導】被控關說而請辭的法務部長曾勇夫，昨鬆口坦承，立法院長王金平確實有打電話給他，先談有許多檢察官濫行上訴，之後提及柯建銘上訴案，但強調：「話到我這邊為止，我沒有再轉出去，怎會是關說？」

曾勇夫昨表示，王金平6月間打電話來表示：「檢察官有很多濫行上訴，柯建銘被判無罪，希望檢察官多斟酌，看有無違背法令，如果沒有，應有擔當，不一定上訴。」曾說：「接到王電話後，話到我這邊為止，沒有再轉出去，怎麼是關說呢？我是清白的。」並表示，不認識承辦柯案的檢察官林秀濤。行政院長江宜樺昨赴黨內中常委選舉投票時表示，與曾見面討論是平和、理性，絕無「逼退」，並轉述，曾勇夫說自己並沒有因為這樣的電話，就去影響或指揮高檢署陳守煌檢察長、或者是任何檢察官做怎樣的決定，「絕對沒有介入司法個案」。

【大紀元2013年09月08日訊】(大紀元記者汪青怡綜合報導)宮崎駿新作《起風了》，不僅在日本連續7週蟬聯票房冠軍，也意外掀起點心「西伯利亞」熱賣，在日本帶動懷舊風潮，增添傳統西點店的人氣。

「西伯利亞」是以蜂蜜蛋糕為質地，中間夾著羊羹，長約10吋的三角形切片的甜點。據說是遠征俄國返國的士兵，憶起冰天雪地的西伯利亞而製作，外面的蛋糕代表冰雪，中間的羊羹則象徵被白雪覆蓋的凍土。

該甜點在二次大戰前很盛行，這次在電影《起風了》出現，在日本掀起懷舊風潮，堅持製作「西伯利亞」的傳統糕餅店，意外增加了買氣，更有遠道而來的顧客表示：「是看了電影《起風了》後，想吃看看『西伯利亞』慕名而來的。」@*

標題[問題] INHON G1 觸控及電源鍵問題

自己疑似拿到G1的機王 用了一個禮拜，已經接近崩潰邊緣 所以上來詢問一下是否是正常的狀況 1.觸控問題 平常觸控很不靈敏，不是滑動沒反應 或滑動變成點選（例如在PTT文章列表，上下遊覽常會自己點進去文章） 或是我由上往下滑3公分，0～2公分沒反應，2～3公分才開始有反應 這種感覺就像我拿Tatto那時期，大概是Android 1.5 ~ 1.6 時 到淘寶買了一台阿六威盛8505的白牌平板，那時白牌的觸控大概就是這樣子 充電時就不用說了，一定是三太子身上狀態，螢幕飄到暴 例如我在桌面點一個APP要進入，可以變成拉下狀態欄後隨即開啟飛航的連續技 副廠充電器雜訊多就算了，試過hTC、LG、Moto等原廠充電器都一樣 還是第一次遇到這種飄到九霄雲外的機子 2.電源鍵問題 電源鍵非常不靈敏，要壓到底後，還要再出一點力才有反應 若是只有卡的聲音是沒有用的 所以想請問有在使用G1的板友這是正常的嗎？ 如果是正常我就懶得去修了～謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.192.235.97

可是小弟在網路查虹牌乳膠漆卻找不到....

有說450是乳膠漆 又有說450是水泥漆!?
那到底哪個才是對的!?
