法國總統歐蘭德今天在尼斯（Nice）表示，在美國國會表決，以及聯合國專家提出調查報告後，他會向法國人說明他的決定。

歐蘭德表示，他認為美國國會將在下週四或週五表決對敘利亞動武案，並表示，將等待聯合國調查人員在下週末提出敘利亞使用化學武器的報告。

他說，「在那個時候，我有了所有的元素，讓我可以向法國人說明我為法國選擇的決定。」

法國「費加洛報」（Le Figaro）今天發表的民調指出，68%的受訪者反對法國對敘利亞採取軍事行動。

歐蘭德還指出，在敘利亞問題上，法國不感到孤獨。雖然起初，當法國負起採取行動的責任，大家可能會認為法國是孤單的，但之後，「在G20會議上，我們已經取得了進展」。

歐盟今天首次取得對敘利亞議題的共識，共同發表聲明指出，「敘利亞該為化武攻擊負責」，歐蘭德也對此表示歡迎之意。

【綜合報導】美國聯邦眾議院即將對是否對敘利亞阿塞德（Bashar al-Assad）政權動武進行全院表決，但儘管總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）與國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）鼓起如簧之舌四處遊說，統計顯示全院議員中，仍有逾半表態反對或傾向反對。
 
美國《哈芬頓郵報》（Hoffington Post）依據政治新聞網站Think Progress所做統計，目前眾院433席議員，支持或傾向支持對敘動武者者僅41席，表態反對或傾向反對者達229席，還有163位議員尚未決定。看來歐巴馬要取得國會授權對敘動武，實屬艱難。

-----------------------------本篇無圖 純文字---------------------------------- 貼心小提醒：屈臣氏最近有+1元多一件，然後店員一直勸敗，很容易就手滑了! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dove潔顏油慕絲 這是我本來就打算買的，現在+1元兩瓶300元，算是可以入手的價格。 優點： 很好卸，連睫毛膏都卸得乾乾淨淨，卸妝時不會薰眼， 沖洗完也不會覺得油膩，一次就能讓臉乾乾淨淨。 缺點： 每次都會不小心壓得太多，消耗很快阿!(不論是慕絲還是錢包都是...) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1028卸妝乳 這是在店員的勸敗下買的...說是小凱老師推薦，完全不含酒精香料，敏感皮膚專用。 現在也是+1元兩瓶300元。 優點： 用起來清爽，不上妝時卸得很乾淨，洗臉完也不會臉油油。 (目前還沒有上妝時使用) 缺點： 我學妹提供的意見：覺得上妝後，卸不乾淨，要多卸幾次才能完全卸乾淨。 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 偷渡小小保養方法： 現在年紀越大越沒辦法喜歡專櫃保養品了， 反而天然的保養品更吸引人，讓保養更沒有負擔。 我是油臉開始轉中油臉 化妝水：有機橙花純露 乳 液：橙花面油 (油+乳化劑=乳液) 因為皮膚偏油所以不上乳霜，最後會再上一層蘆薈膠，厚厚敷上去。 隔天臉就會發光!!!
