【大紀元2013年09月08日訊】（大紀元記者秦雨霏編譯報導）《赫芬頓郵報》報導說，耶魯大學在調查了2012年12月份的一件性攻擊事件後，發現他「性騷擾」和「恐嚇式的不當性行為」後，給予嫌犯停課一個學期的處罰。但因為懲罰決定是在期末考試前最後一週下達，並且給他72個小時期限離開校園，使得這名嫌犯的懲罰相當於只有一天。被攻擊的受害人耶
魯大學大三學生不滿校方的這個懲罰方式。

20歲的女性受害人要求匿名，她說學校六月份發給她一封電子郵件，通知她嫌犯將在夏季回到學校上課。

「耶魯大學的懲罰實際上糟透了。我感到許多裁決沒有任何威懾力。」她說：「我相信（這種懲罰）將導致其他人提出（性侵犯的）控訴。」

該受害人說，這名男學生「嚴重騷擾」她，在12月份的一個晚上，試圖性攻擊她。她二月份遞交了正式投訴。

耶魯大學學生事務副教務長Stephanie Spangler堅持說，大學做了所有可以做的來協助受害人，指出學校使用「非常廣泛的不當性行為的定義」來接受盡可能多的投訴。在學生被發現性攻擊的案件當中，Spangler說，學校開始考慮以開除作為懲罰。

Spangler說，如果受害人不滿意懲罰，他們可以上訴。該女學生說，她的確尋求上訴，但是從未從學校獲得回應。

2011年聯邦政府調查耶魯大學對校園性騷擾和性攻擊案件的反應。調查在2012年以達成自願解決協議結束。耶魯大學被以沒有恰當報告性犯罪而受到教育部罰款。之後耶魯大學改變了處理性騷擾投訴的程序。

但是受害女學生和其他人說，實際上，幾乎什麼都沒有改變。

美法兩國的外交部長今天晚上舉行聯合記者會，說明兩國在敘利亞問題上同一陣線。

他以為，這個回應的本質應該是短而有針對性，而有關的軍事打擊只針對敘利亞的軍事目標。

法畢斯還歡迎「眾多且不斷增長的國家支持」美國和法國，「現在八大工業國集團（G8）中有7個國家，20國集團（G20）中有12個國家分享法國的分析」，他還指出，也有歐盟和波斯灣合作理事會（Conseil de cooperation du Golfe）的支持。

法畢斯表示，證據顯示敘利亞政權使用化武，凱瑞也強調，阿塞德政權已經越過了紅線，他認為，明確而有效的反應時刻已到臨，「什麼都不做會比軍事介入的風險更高」。

凱瑞還稱讚歐盟對敘利亞非常強烈的聲明，表示這是一種鼓勵，他還表示，已有兩位數字國家準備採取一部份軍事行動。

【綜合報導】被控關說而請辭的法務部長曾勇夫，昨鬆口坦承，立法院長王金平確實有打電話給他，先談有許多檢察官濫行上訴，之後提及柯建銘上訴案，但強調：「話到我這邊為止，我沒有再轉出去，怎會是關說？」

曾勇夫昨表示，王金平6月間打電話來表示：「檢察官有很多濫行上訴，柯建銘被判無罪，希望檢察官多斟酌，看有無違背法令，如果沒有，應有擔當，不一定上訴。」曾說：「接到王電話後，話到我這邊為止，沒有再轉出去，怎麼是關說呢？我是清白的。」並表示，不認識承辦柯案的檢察官林秀濤。行政院長江宜樺昨赴黨內中常委選舉投票時表示，與曾見面討論是平和、理性，絕無「逼退」，並轉述，曾勇夫說自己並沒有因為這樣的電話，就去影響或指揮高檢署陳守煌檢察長、或者是任何檢察官做怎樣的決定，「絕對沒有介入司法個案」。
