行政院主計總處今天表示，國民幸福指數所採指標定義與計算方式，完全依照OECD規範，並計算綜合指數，以便計算國際排名。

對於媒體有關「國際指標排名與民眾感受有落差」的報導，主計總處表示，任何統計指標都有侷限性，以量化方式評分所做的排名固有參考價值，但幸福感受每人不同，也會因時而異。

主計總處今天發布新聞稿表示，國民幸福指數在地指標考量國情與民眾關心議題，經多次專家學者研商會議後選定38項（本次公布35項，另有3項將等調查結果產生後補列），以個別指標呈現，不計算綜合指數。

102年台灣的幸福指數國際指標綜合指數為6.64分，與OECD（經濟合作暨發展組織）的34個會員國及巴西、俄羅斯2個夥伴國相較，排名第19名，排名屬於中段，但優於亞洲的兩個OECD會員國－日本第22名（6.24分）及南韓第28名（5.41分）。主計總處表示，排名較優的指標是國人長期努力的結果；排名較弱的指標，可做為各部會改進參考。

主計總處指出，就台灣與日、韓在11個領域的表現觀察，在「教育與技能」、「環境品質」領域不及日、韓；「公民參與及政府治理」領域居第20名，不及南韓（第3名），但優於日本（第22名）；「人身安全」領域日本居冠，台灣排名第3位，均明顯優於南韓（第9位）；其餘7個領域排名則均優於日、韓，致綜合計算後，台灣排名略高於日韓。因香港、新加坡等並非OECD會員國，未被列入比較，台灣排名高於日、韓，並非等同為亞洲最幸福國家。

有關「平均每人房間數1.6間」是否為空屋率過高或多屋族因素致調查失準問題，主計總處表示，根據OECD美好生活指數「平均每人房間數」指標定義，所稱房間包括客餐廳（不含廚房及浴室），為蒐集指標資料，於今（2013）年辦理的家庭收支調查中，由訪員詢問受訪戶的「現住住宅」房廳數，以實際訪查結果所得每戶房廳數除以該戶居住人數，並非指每人有1.6間房屋，也未涵蓋空屋或未實際居住房屋的房間數。

主計總處表示，主計總處建有國民幸福指數網頁（http://happy_index.dgbas.gov.tw），提供使用者自行設定領域權重，民眾可依個人偏好自訂專屬的綜合指數，並與其他國家比較。

【綜合報導】創新工場董事長兼執行長李開復昨晚在微博貼文，表示自己可能罹患癌症，創新工場發言人王肇輝今天證實這項消息，表示李開復罹患淋巴癌，並指李開復目前正在遵照醫師指示接受治療。

李開復今天早上又再微博貼出一條文章，他說：「我一直相信：每個人在病痛面前的姿態和選擇決定了其未來精神世界的質量。雖然淋巴癌聽起來並不樂觀，也讓家人和朋友們很擔心。但生活就是這樣：往往來得意外，但既然遭遇就應坦然面對。病痛也是生活的一部分，我會選擇更加積極的心態來面對生活起伏。」李開復還感謝社會各界及網友的關心。

李開復曾先後任職於蘋果、微軟與谷歌(Google Inc.)等知名科技公司，2009年9月卸下谷歌全新副總裁、大中華區總裁一職後，創辦創新工場，協助年輕創業團隊尋找資金與人脈。

我認為消費獎勵魚應該算是目前最高貴的魚種.
很簡單的算法...例如:439-所有階段的贈品=魚的價格.
反而所有消費購買的東西比較像是購買消費獎勵魚的附屬品.
例如:續費垃圾魚半年.我比較認為是消費獎勵魚的贈品.
但這只是我個人去繁從簡的算法.無關正確與否.

消費獎勵魚在皇冠兌換當中推出.
收集所需的皇冠.是第一層挑戰.但如果只有這一層挑戰.
未免太容易.也不符合魚的價值.
所以導入"機率".算是第二層挑戰.也較符合該魚的價值.
這我可以接受.
但顯然官方對"機率"這東西是食髓知味.欲發揚光大.
魔法融合的推出.在我看來...
就是官方味口大的表現.
而且還加強力道的推出荷花魚的進階版.

坦白說...我很反感!但我不願意有太大的反應態度.
因為一切交給市場機制來得更切實際.
市場自會淘汰掉某些商業手段和消費者.

但是有些玩家的反應就是在耍無賴.且是慣性.
沒有的事.硬要賴給官方.
還是就事論事.實事求是吧!尤其是實事求是.
老是耍賴.再多的意見也得不到官方的"尊重"
對官方的某項錯施(措施).表示不滿的力道也將大打折扣!
