標題[請益] 舊電腦升級

目前電腦主機版掛掉 所以在想是不是要不要砍掉重練 目前配備: cpu:amd 965...(上禮拜剛跟鄉民買的) 主機板:m4a785td (掛點) 顯卡:MSI R7750 記憶體:DDR34G*2 硬碟:WD640*1 500G*1 PSU:藍晶鑽350W(上禮拜買,今天就掛點,以換新品) 是跟二手板買一塊2手板子,還是主機板+cpu都換新的@@ 不過依我的需求 頂多就看片子抓bt(幾乎沒在關機) 跟玩sf天堂... 鄉民給個意見吧!!如果要買2手 哪塊比較符合我需求呢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.209.138.214

歐盟與歐元區8月經濟信心雙雙攀抵兩年新高，連續四個月走揚，為經濟踏上復甦之路再添動力，儘管失業率仍處於歷史高峰。

歐盟執委會30日公布，歐元區企業主管與消費者8月經濟信心指數（ESI）上升至95.2，遠勝7月的92.5與經濟學家預測的93.8，創2011年3月來最高。

歐盟8月ESI也攀升3.1點至98.1，為2011年8月來最高。

歐元區五大經濟體ESI全數上揚，德國、法國、義大利各攀升3.3點、1.6點及2點，西班牙與荷蘭各攀升0.8點和5.2點。且除營建業信心減弱外，工業、服務業、零售業信心都增強，消費者信心則維持去年底來好轉的趨勢。

高盛經濟學家舒默柯說：「歐債危機最嚴重的階段和財政撙節最艱苦的時期，都已經過去了。」

另據歐盟統計局，歐元區8月消費者物價指數（CPI）初估上升1.3%，升幅不及7月的1.6%及市場預期的1.4%，連續第7個月低於歐洲央行（ECB）設定在2%的目標上限。物價壓力和緩可望使民眾消費能力提高，進一步提振景氣，容許歐洲央行保持超低利率政策以支撐經濟。

麥格理證券策略師麥寇馬克說：「依據7、8月的數據，歐元區（第3季）可能已成長0.4%。明年將面臨的關鍵問題是復甦能否維持下去。」

歐盟統計局指出，歐元區7月失業率一如預期持平在前月的12.1%，青年人口失業率則增至24%，是歐債危機爆發四年來難以治癒的後遺症。分析師預測，歐元區失業率可能直到2015年都無法降到12%以下。不過，歐元區7月失業人口減少1.5萬人至1,923萬人，是2011年4月來首度連兩個月下滑，反映出景氣正在改善。

此案為宏達電公司在今年8月間，對公司設計部門的簡姓副總、吳姓處長及黃姓設計師提出告訴，指控他們涉嫌虛報設計費近新台幣1000萬元
宏達電控稱，簡志霖等人明知NEW HTC ONE機殼是自己的設計團隊設計，卻勾結「威信電通科技」，佯稱是委託威信設計，由威信出具假發票，交給簡志霖等人向宏達電請款，廠商領走設計費後，再將現金分次交給簡志霖3人，估計3人自5月至7月共詐領1000多萬元設計費。

【綜合報導】聯合國調查團前往敘利亞調查是否使用化武，已經完成蒐證工作返回，發言人馬丁奈瑟斯基(Martin Nesirky)召開記者會說明表示「調查結果要等到實驗室檢驗報告出爐才會公布，至於何時出爐則沒有確切的時間表。」
 
發言人更駁斥聯合國因支持美國空襲，將從敘利亞撤離人員的傳聞，強調「聯合國人員不會撤離，還將持續在敘利亞執行人道救援工作。調查團也將再度前往敘利亞，調查尚未解決的問題。」

【呂志明／台北報導】宏達電(2498)研發部門3名高階主管，竊取公司商業機密另立門戶，竟然還大膽的在研發部門挖角，所幸有不願被挖角的員工向公司反映，才阻止3人的完美叛逃計畫。

這3名高階主管，分別是研發部門簡姓副總、黃姓處長、吳姓工程師，3人先在大陸找到金主成立公司，另外又在HTC位於新北市新店區的研發部附近成立「小玉公司」，這家公司目前還在裝潢中。

據了解，3人一邊在海峽兩岸成立公司，還在宏達電研發部門挖角，有被挖角的員工向公司反映，宏達電覺得事有蹊蹺，秘密搜證1個多月，驚覺3人不僅設立公司，還將公司尚未發表的智慧型手機介面帶走，確認3人不法犯行，緊急向調查局北機站報案。

原本宏達電想要待3人離職後再請檢調發動偵查，但因為昨天發放年中紅利，宏達電擔憂3人拿了紅利就會落跑，北機站得知後，前天緊急向台北地檢署報請指揮，並於昨天收網逮人。
