【大紀元2013年08月30日訊】（大紀元記者謝月琴台灣宜蘭報導）宜蘭縣政府於99年度開始推「學校午餐在地食材推廣計畫」，當時於19個學校試辦。101年度由社區大學及友善小農協助15所學校建構友善校園。102年度開始，學校全面每週供應一餐有機米，有機蔬菜則視產量而定，食材以宜蘭友善小農及宜蘭縣農會有機班為主。宜蘭縣政府林聰賢於8月30日學校開學日，即來到育才國小巡視學校廚房、校園農場、並且與六年忠班師生共進午餐。

以育才國小為例，4年級老師洪慧瑛表示：學校自99年配合縣府的在地食材計畫，開辦校園農場約200坪，約有30畦，一個班級至少分配到2畦，全校學生約180多名學生，1-6年級同學均能參與，孩子的反應很好，興趣很高。因為可以觀察植物的生長、關心生態環境、親近土地、還能更加惜福，沒農耕經驗的老師還得與同學一起學習。另外響應「蔬食日」，每週擇一日（週五）吃蔬食。

為了維護宜蘭縣好山好水特色，宜蘭縣政府推有機縣，於8月15日召開第一次「宜蘭縣有機生活推動委員會」，預定11月送「促進有機農業自治條例」草案進議會審查，有望成為全國第一個以自治條例推動有機農業的縣市。宜蘭縣長林聰賢表示，將從消費者以及飲食教育推動健康生活；而有機不只是農業生產方式，更是一種生活態度。

（中央社記者林惠君台北30日電）主計總處首度公布國民幸福指數，中華民國在37國中排名第19名，屬中等幸福；主計長石素梅今天被問到是否幸福時，她說「個人覺得還不錯」！

行政院主計總處彙編相關資料，依循經濟合作暨發展組織（OECD）2013年美好生活指數（Your Better Life Index，BLI）架構及統計表，完成首次國民幸福指數統計，由石素梅召開記者會對外公布。

台灣在與物質生活條件面向有關的「居住條件」、「所得與財富」，及「工作與收入」3個領域都進入前10名；生活品質面向8個領域中，「人身安全」居第3名，相對較佳。

其中「居住條件」下的「無基本衛生設備的比率」為0，排名第1，與瑞典、西班牙、荷蘭、美國並列最佳。

不過，在「主觀幸福感」領域則居第25，略高於同屬亞洲的南韓和日本，但相對落後。

整體而言，台灣物質生活條件面向的表現明顯優於生活品值。

主計總處官員表示，OECD在「主觀幸福感」是採用蓋洛普2012年世界民意調查結果，台灣相較OECD國家排名第25。官員指出，主觀幸福受文化差異影響，國際比較須謹慎，例如亞洲國家在問卷上較不會選擇極端好或不好。

不過，官員也指出，OECD未來可能以官方大型民調取代蓋洛普調查。主計總處去年10月自辦較大規模調查預做準備（樣本近6萬人），但適值國內去年9月起陸續傳出勞保及公教人員退輔基金等社會保險危機，社會氛圍不佳，調查結果國人在「自評生活狀況」平均5.2分（排名34）。1020830

【綜合報導】舞者穿上綁有利刀的芭蕾舞鞋跳舞猶如玩命，但西班牙藝術家培瑞茲（Javier Perez）就想透過這震撼畫面，帶出人類面對兩難局面時，變得無助和不安的狀態。

根據培瑞茲拍攝的《利刀上的芭蕾舞》短片，舞者穿上綁有利刀的芭蕾鞋，然後靠舞台中心的繩子，支撐身體在鋼琴上站立，可惜鞋子太重無法起舞，因此舞者感到鼓譟，不停用利刀刮花琴面，發出刺耳的聲音，舞者更一度站不穩。

藝術家想透過短片，顯示人類在對立局面下，例如：「美麗和殘酷」、「文明和自然」和「生和死」等，變得徬徨無助、坐立不安的狀態。
