標題[閒聊] 對主題曲印象大於劇本身的偶像劇？

這裡指的主題曲當然也包括插曲 好的歌能幫劇情加分、在必要時刻烘托角色情緒 歌手也能順便宣傳新專輯。雖然最後很容易歌比人紅，但至少都是曝光率 但也有些偶像劇大概是劇本問題？往往大家只會記得主題曲而不記得這部戲演了什麼... 讓我會有很深的這種印象的，就是2006年的 "Beautiful Love"跟"深信不疑"兩首歌都好聽到極點....搭上蔡健雅發的新歌+精選 我是有看完的人(畢竟是郭品超跟安以軒再續前緣之作,雖然郭品超又死了orz) 每當這兩首歌的前奏響起,總是很快可以聯想到印象最深刻的那段劇情 Beautiful Love的前奏一下,啟修跟逸寧即將天人永隔的畫面就衝出來QQ 但不要說別的,光在台劇版這部戲的討論就少之又少 更不用說香茗以外的人會記得這部戲的應該更少吧,這部戲為何這麼慘XD 第二部讓我有這種感覺的是,想當初"逆風"也是聽到爛 雖然演唱者"花園精靈"好像一直是只聞其聲不見其人?? 而我也有看完 可是這麼多年過去.......我連戲裡面大反派叫什麼名字都想不起來了orz 但"逆風"卻連歌詞都可以順順的唱出來~也是蠻神奇的,明明男女主角都是真偶像XD 所以這部可能是我自己的關係XD 對於歌的喜歡大於戲本身了 像是這樣,對主題曲本身的記憶能夠勾勒出當下的情境 但整體的角色劇情卻沒什麼記憶點的偶像劇?? 大家覺得還有哪些呢?? 【曾伯愷／新北報導】新北市新莊區中原路與中環路口，今天上午11時許，發生自小客與機車相撞事故，22歲的謝姓騎士，一度受困汽車底下。警消獲報到場，利用千斤頂及枕木，先將自小客車撐高，花了40分鐘順利將傷者救出。

經檢視謝男傷勢，其下巴撕有5公分裂傷、左眼下方2公分撕裂、右膝擦傷，意識清楚，送醫後沒有生命危險，確切車禍肇事責任，警方尚在釐清中。

【林潔禎／台北報導】中信金自結10月單月稅前盈餘21.62億元，稅後純益19.03億元。累計1-10月稅前盈餘231.80億元，稅後純益201.73億元，每股稅後純益(EPS)1.42元。

中信金表示，10月獲利21.62億元優於9月表現，除計息及營業天數增加外，資本市場及財富管理業務仍維持今年以來的強勁動能，另一方面，存放業務持續成長，使金控整體獲利表現佳。

【楊喻斐／台北報導】檢測代工大廠耕興（6146）近來成功搭上4G題材，股價短線飆升，今日盤中亮燈漲停達118.5元，創下新高紀錄。另外，耕興最新公布的10月營收也相當亮眼，其中10月營收以2.16億元，再創歷史新高，而累計前3季稅後純益3.39億元，年增率1.5%，每股稅後純益4.12元。
 
耕興第3季財報出爐，單季營收6.18億元，季增3%、年增率達28.7%，不過毛利率45%，低於第2季的47.65%，優於去年同期44%，稅後純益1.23億元，季減3%、年增23.33%，每股稅後純益1.5元。
 
耕興目前在台灣、韓國與大陸合計達11個檢測認證實驗室，因應客戶無線網通和手機檢測的強烈需求除已增班提供服務外，公司近期將增加資本支出及增加服務據點和添購全新的檢測設備以提高檢測服務質量。
 
耕興在檢測新技術的研發、測試軟體的開發和相關檢測技術的建立持續維持業界領先的優勢，例如平板電腦的檢測，公司已建構針對平板電腦的人體表面對電磁波的吸收率SAR（Specific absorption rate）和OTA（Over the Air）天線的檢測要求，兩者同時符合規範如同翹翹板作用困難度高，是業界有能力掌握此類產品檢測需求商機的公司。
 
展望第4季，耕興維持審慎樂觀看法，在於國際手機大廠持續採取「機海戰術」銷售策略，且隨著802.11ac標準滲透率至各類網通產品及手機加速升高，802.11ac檢測認證業務已成為公司的另一個成長動力，預期第4季營運表現可望有機會較去年同期大幅成長。

我們先來看看這一年多來，發生在台灣社會不太起眼的幾個社會事件。

公車上的跌倒姊

去年有個公車「跌倒姊」，不知為何在公車上跌倒的機率頗高，報載2年就摔倒4次，並向司機求償最高有100萬元之譜，根據報載，雖然多以幾萬元和解收場，但「跌倒姊」甚至有一天就曾提出兩件告訴的情形發生。

助跑姊與跳跳哥

最近行車記錄器錄下的「助跑姊」與「跳跳哥」，他們等在路邊伺機等待路過車輛，之後（助跑）往車輛衝假裝被撞，再向路過的車主要求賠償。

這樣的案件，在以往只會被認為是單純的交通事故，後來發現其中「案情並不單純」，「助跑姐」與「跳跳哥」經常是想要「製造」駕駛人的過失，受到被撞的損害，然後要駕駛人提出一筆金錢和解，以求賠償。

網路訟棍族

聊天室、PTT，「網路訟棍族」的存在早已是司空見慣的事。他們在話題當中，特別挑釁、激怒他人，讓人們一時情緒性未經思考、即口出惡言，然後以對方涉嫌「公然侮辱」提告為要脅，使人拿出一筆筆的和解金，以避免到法院涉訟。

威脅要告，是一門好生意？

魯道夫．馮．耶林（Rudolf von Jhering），這位19世紀著名的德國法學家，他著稱於世、流傳百年的一篇演講《為權利而鬥爭》（Der Kampf um’s Recht）(註)，是所有念法律系一年級的學生都知道的文章。

當中提到的「勿為不法，勿寬容不法」，鼓勵權利受到侵害的人不該忍受，應該挺身而出對抗不法，也是所有法律人所琅琅上口的名句。

或許是確實是受到歐美「為權利而奮鬥」此等觀念的影響，或許是因為《易經》當中「訟，終兇」的觀念早已褪流行，或是因為民智已開、民眾越來越懂得保護自己的權利，或是看到美國民眾動輒以小小的「受害」、獲得大大的賠償，這樣的彌補機制，最近被發揮得淋漓盡致，早已超越了填補損害的目的，而訴訟似乎已經變成了一種賺錢工具了。

每週二、週四和週六的中午，海鷗都懶得理睬金門大橋。所有在地人都曉得，渡輪大廈（Ferry Building）的美味選擇比較豐富；曾是交通樞紐的渡輪大廈，在10年前化身成為舊金山的美食集散地。

海鷗的確懂得門路。今日的渡輪廣場農夫市集在渡輪大廈前和廣場上擺了80個左右的攤位。市集強調創新與永續發展，貨品都直通舊金山的美食核心。顧客可以一邊品嘗白油桃或黑覆盆子，一邊欣賞帆船航經海灣大橋（Bay Bridge）。午餐首選不外乎碼頭邊的燒烤店，樹枝餐廳（namusf.com）供應韓式醃烤牛排塔可；面對灣岸的米希塔（mijitasf.com）供應墨西哥料理，他們的鬼頭刀魚塔炸得酥脆，包你兩三下吃得清潔溜溜。

我們於此展開加州美食靈魂之旅的探索。沿市場街（Market Street）前行，深入此地飲食文化，接著跨越葡萄園星羅棋布的索諾馬（Sonoma）酒鄉，再一路往南到聖克魯茲（Santa Cruz）山腳下的豐饒海岸。

南灣（South Bay） 距離納帕南方4小時車程處，我們用餐到一半時，琳達．巴特勒（Linda Butler）努力克制自己起身採收蘆筍的衝動。「晴天時可以長10到15公分，我今天只要採收一次就行了」。她本來還打算去翻動那塊1.2公頃的耕地，不過此刻有100位賓客和2位明星主廚正在上頭用餐。
