女酒駕騎小巷 近家門仍遭逮

（中央社記者王朝鈺基隆6日電）基隆蕭姓女子酒後為規避警方查緝改騎小巷，就在靠近家門時被眼尖員警發現，不僅吃上紅單，還被警方移送法辦。

警方今天表示，基隆市警局第三分局七堵派出所昨天晚間9時左右執行擴大臨檢勤務路檢時，見一名女子騎乘機車搖搖晃晃，見警方臨檢隨即調頭就跑，員警立即追上將女子攔下盤查。

警方攔下46歲的蕭姓女子後，發現她滿身酒味，經實施酒測後，酒精濃度高達1.23mg/l，警方當場禁止騎車，並將蕭女帶回派出所休息。

蕭女事後向警方表示，自認平日酒量很好，沒想到酒後為規避警方查緝改騎小巷，就在靠近家門時仍被眼尖員警發現，事後懊悔不已，警方詢後將她依公共危險罪移送法辦。1021106

綠委指黃世銘串證 特偵稱公務

（中央社記者溫貴香、林長順台北6日電）民進黨籍立委陳其邁、高志鵬等人今天質疑，檢察總長黃世銘指揮檢察官整理洩密案資料涉嫌串證、滅證，應立即收押禁見。

特偵組發言人張進豐接受訪問表示，檢察總長因公務被相關機關約詢、傳訊，並非私事，要求承辦檢察官蒐集資料，理所當然。

立委邱議瑩、陳其邁、高志鵬上午召開記者會公布黃世銘11月4日在立法院司法及法制委員會備詢休息時間，透過手機聯絡特偵組發言人張進豐的談話內容、逐字聽打稿，質疑黃世銘要求特偵組的檢察官們整理資料，讓他過濾，已經涉及刑法的串證、滅證等罪嫌。

邱議瑩說，當年調查局長葉盛茂因把情資洩漏給前總統陳水扁立刻被收押禁見，司法若沒有兩套標準，台北地檢署應立刻採取行動收押黃世銘。

高志鵬也說，黃世銘的舉措不是行政不法，而是刑事不法。涉嫌刑法的湮滅證據及教唆偽證罪，已有足夠的證據證明黃世銘涉嫌湮滅、偽造證據，應該立即收押。

陳其邁說，特偵組檢察官楊榮宗、鄭深元在北檢偵辦此案時是共同被告，現在是證人。黃世銘天天在特偵組跟兩人見面，「見面之頻繁，串證之方便」，黃世銘才會有恃無恐。他要求總統馬英九、黃世銘應立即公布兩人通聯記錄。1021106

我把htc的手機拿去送修但htc把我的手機弄丟了 卻一直沒有告訴後續的處理方案 並且在約好的時間也一直不回應，也不主動聯絡，到現在還不知道怎麼回事 只能一直打電話進去造成我很大的困擾 時間愈拖愈久，有誰遇過這樣的事情，可以給我建議怎麼處理嗎? 想請問一下大家!!除了HTC客服還有其他管道可以有申訴辦法嗎?? 事情細節有一點長，感謝大家耐心看完~ ------------------------------------------------------------ 10/23發現HTC的蝴蝶折翼而且無法充電，打電話到客服希望可以到府維修 客服示無法當天來收可以提供7-11維修宅急便，請我交至門市HTC將會有相關人員處理 (說3-4天可以維修回件) 10/29 18：30致電客服查詢維修進度，客服A小姐表示稍後回電===然後音訊全無了=== 10/29 19：52再次進電查詢，客服B小姐表示廠內已收到手機，但可能由於序號有誤或 其他原因需要查詢，一直叫我不用擔心(重覆了1X次吧)，會在隔天早上回電告知進度 10/30 10:00左右 "黑貓宅急便"打來詢問是否收到"維修好的手機"，我回覆他沒有手機 也從來不知道手機的進一步消息，不想同時對2個公司，請HTC自己和我聯絡 10/30 11：40客服回電表示物品正在和黑貓查件，並沒有請任何黑貓人員和我聯絡，但 目前無法查詢到手機狀態，會在下午回電，告知我處理相關進度我表示急需手機 需請HTC提供配套措失以及處理手機目前的狀況回覆，客服表示一定會在當天回覆! =============然後又音訊全無了========== 10/31 下午我又打去客服客服C先生表示是主管可以處理，但應付了我一番後又說 會請處理的客服聯絡，然後又消失了．．． 10/31 晚上六點半左右，我又打電話到客服是一位終於感覺比較有責任感的D先生接的 他表示因為HTC的客服案件是不同的TEAM處理，他一定會請他們八點前回電話通知目前進度 7點5X分一位客服小姐(不知道是B還C還E)，終於回覆，表示現在手機他們在找當中 他們還沒有辦法回覆我怎麼處理，連時間點都無法給我確定，我說你們也找太久了過程中 也從來沒有主動聯繫，我上班時間需要用手機聯絡，他們要查到什麼時候，她表示還在找 中時間還無法確定，我就說要給我一個時間點告訴我處理的配套，然後她…沉默了!!! 我又接之前說會給我配套辦法也都沒有，維修的過程中我有借到備用手機但也要還人了 你們也修太久了現在要怎麼處理，上次說要給備用機也都沒有回~~~ 後來她說他們之前有請示主管了，在週一寄送一支備用機給我，最後詢問我的卡片是大卡 我說小卡，他說他們提供的是大卡手機，轉接卡電信公司才有需要我自己去拿>>很誇張 我回覆：除了你們一再不回之外，你們終於想開始處理，但這個方式造成我另一個困擾 難道要我上班請假去電信公司為了配合你們的處理辦法才能用手機嗎?我無法接受。 然後她…又沉默了!!又沉默了!!!又沉默了!!!又沉默了!!!又沉默了!!! 我就說管你們是要給我一支小卡能用的手機還是寄來的有轉卡，你們自己想辦法 11/4(一)收到一支舊舊的爛手機+轉卡~~~(但我已經要去重辦一支手機，所以沒有用到) 送修從10/24到現在11/6(三)htc都還沒有回覆我處理的方式!! 中間也有好幾通是我自己打去，但都說要回覆但都沒有回，一直在擺爛 到底手機是不是搞丟都還沒有從他們口中證實!!! 而且要一再自己打電話去問，本來沒有生氣也弄很火大也很煩 htc這樣一切十分誇張也另人十．分．火．大 想請問大家有沒有處理過這種，還有什麼管道可以讓他們快一點?? 感謝大家耐心看完 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.185.30

[問題] fonepad V3.2.5還可以ROOT嗎? 最近下載一個遊戲 Ingress 因為會使用Ingress intel去看地圖會用到flash player的功能 www.ingress.com/intel 主要是看這個網頁(有用到flsah player) IITC MOBILE也無法正常顯示 puffin free板也無法完全正常顯示 www.ingress.com/intel 試著用V3.2.4 的ROOT檔去 ROOT V3.2.5 結果顯示找不到檔案,無法ROOT. 麻煩知道的說一下,謝謝. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.36.204

前幾天本來想換換卡片在G2上 測試一下到底是哪間網路 在家裡上網會比較快些 先把G2關機了 用他的退卡針 戳戳戳 戳那個小縫沒反應 卡片沒彈出來 還是退卡針不是這樣用的 是我戳的方式錯誤 還是我應該要送修 看看 可是卡片拔不出來送修有點慘耶 不知道你們的退SIM卡出來 是不是都很輕鬆 取出 請教一下 各位的G2 是很容易就取出嗎 還是該送修了 還有皮套 真的到現在都沒收到 等到都有點火大了 難道真的就要等到11月中後才開始寄 哀哀-有點不開心 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.234.241.240

找高雄屏東的人來場大混戰哦(以後搞不好約網咖)

我們是一群由高雄屏東人群成的FB社團.有空聊聊天.有空約出遊.

但聊到後面發現我們好像也不少人在玩LOL.於是在想說

不如組滿10個人來場都認識的人的大混戰.
(5打5.老實說我玩2年多了勝場才1.好像跟自己認識的人玩比較沒壓力.不然都只打電腦)

我們目前才10幾個.有帥哥有美女.女的超美.帥哥當然不是指我.

我的想法是隨時想玩都能夠組到足夠的人一起打這樣.

我家以前在屏東是開網咖的.我很懷念玩魔獸時的三國.那時網咖裡佔了9成都在玩三國.

隨時組了就對尬了.笑聲跟叫罵聲源源不絕於耳(也不知道有沒有這句成語)

根據中國廣播網報導，主講嘉賓、財政部財科所所長賈康表示，必須承認，我們的稅賦結構確實存在著非常明顯的問題，比如，主要收入來源是間接稅，就是非常突出的問題；另外，國有資產收益是不是更多的集中到國庫來，而不是留在國有企業自己的控制範圍之內。

這樣的一個事權範圍，對於政府收入規模做了既定之後，還要再往下延伸的。但是首先需要我們面對現實問題，在事權劃分為爭取，能夠走出一個實質性的步驟，就是按照客觀的要求，深化改革時，能不能盡快的由粗到細的，先形成一套和操縱相關的事權明細單，指出責任表。
