福懋和頂新油品出現問題。教育部持續調查各級學校食品安全狀況，零星學校可能使用到問題油品，仍待確認。

福懋油脂廠爆出油品案，6項橄欖油品分別以芥花油混合，或混入大統生產疑摻有銅葉綠素及棉籽油橄欖油；頂新製油實業公司則有21項產品，進用大統公司的混合油，已被衛生福利部和屏東縣衛生局要求下架。

教育部綜合規劃司長王俊權表示，最新一波出現問題的是單價較高的橄欖油，一般中小學較少使用；目前透過校安中心調查，全國有5所大專、3所中小學曾使用問題油品。

因應一波又一波的食油風波，教育部兩週來3次進行中小學油品清查，要求學校落實餐飲場所自主管理，徹底停止使用問題油品。

教育部要求各學校指派專人掌握油品安全資訊，校內廚房一定要定時記錄油品資訊，即便是外訂團膳盒餐，也必須不定期查訪抽查、驗收食材，留存完整紀錄。

台北市消保官室今天說，和味全公司討論問題油品後續處理問題，味全提出設置5000萬元消費者準備金，消保官要求增至2億元。

台北市法務局消保官室表示，行政院消費者保護處今天會同台北市消保官邀請味全公司說明攙有大統問題油品後續處理情形。

味全公司提出退貨分為3類，包括第一類「有購買憑據及產品（開封或未開封）」，第二類「無購買憑據僅有產品（開封或未開封），但有會員消費者紀錄」，都可至原購買地點退貨；第三類「無購買憑據僅有產品（開封或未開封）」則需至味全總公司、全國味全營業所及味全工廠辦理退貨。

另外，味全公司表示，11月5日在兆豐金控總部提撥新台幣5000萬元信託專戶，供擔保消費者退貨，退貨受理期間自即日起至12月31日止。

消保官室表示，消保官認為退貨方式過於籠統複雜，退貨認定應從寬從簡，要求味全公司對於僅有商品而無發票或憑證，或無實體商品、有發票憑證者均可至味全總公司、全國味全營業所及味全工廠辦理退貨。

另外，消保官要求退貨地點增加松青超市，以便利消費者就近退貨；信託基金新台幣5000萬元要求增加至2億元，而受理退貨期間要求延長至103年5月31日止。對此，味全公司表示會全力配合，最新退費方案將公布於公司官網，以挽回消費者信心。

台北市主任消保官陳信誠指出，味全公司為上市公司，初步已展現誠意，但未提出補償措施，消保官請業者近日提出補償措施。消費者如有任何消費上的爭議，可撥打全國消費者免付費服務專線「1950」尋求協助。
