標題[請益] 離頂溪最近的農會 以及殺果蠅的方法

屏東地檢署今早傳喚頂新製油屏東廠廠長、調配員，了解頂新採購、調和油品問題，以及兩人事前對大統摻油是否知情。兩人表示，事前均不知情，因油品原物料均由台北總公司統一採購，而調配部分，則遵照大統所給的配方比例進行調和。偵訊後兩人已離開地檢。

昨天檢方大動作出動4名檢察官至屏縣內埔工業區追查頂新製油、進貨狀況，但廠方以廠長等高層幹部不在為由，檢方只口頭了解製油過程，並查扣帳冊、進貨資料便離開。

為釐清屏東廠相關人員責任，檢方今早傳喚廠長、調配員兩人，但兩人都指出，事前不知道大統油品有問題，且採購一事都是台北總公司負責，屏東廠只負責進出貨、調配油品。調配員表示，過去調配油品的比例都是依照大統所給配方調配而成，不了解大統油已摻偽。

立法院紀律委員會今天通過民進黨團針對司法關說案的提案，下周五將邀民進黨團總召柯建銘到會說明，釐清司法關說案的真實情況。外界關注，是否邀立法院長王金平列席說明？11月輪值召委陳明文表示，需有紀委會召委提案，才會決定是否邀其他人列席說明，目前尚未有人提案邀王金平列席說明。

陳明文說，他個人認為此案柯建銘算是被告，檢察總長黃世銘是原告，應該邀請黃世銘到會說明。不過若屆時黃世銘拒絕出席，紀委會的確不具有強制力。

至於紀委會是否具備調閱相關資料的權限？陳明文表示，將請立法院法制局做評估。
