導油品安全爆不停！繼福懋油也淪陷後，頂新集團旗下頂新製油也承認使用大統的油品，衛福部今(3)日下午臨時召開記者會，衛福部次長許銘能說，對於是否開罰一事，後續要交給屏東縣衛生局，若頂新真的知情卻不報，最高可開罰1500萬！
頂新製油實業股份有限公司今(3)日簽出切結書表示，頂新製油屏東廠卻有購自大統油品，用於生產21項味全油品；屏東縣衛生局食品衛生科長李佳芳表示，已陸續通知各縣市衛生局對各賣場、店家執行下架稽查等作業。
頂新集團發出聲明指出，對於所有原料油來源皆有嚴謹檢核作業流程，確認原料油的規格與安全符合國家法規後，才予以入庫，目前已主動封存大統的相關原料油，積極配合屏東縣衛生局與檢調機關查驗，盡速釐清事實，重建台灣油品產業之環境。
味全3日發出聲明指出，所銷售的食用油都通過「棉籽酚」及「銅葉綠素」之檢驗，證實安全無虞；至於少部分油品在不知情情況下產生原料來源疑慮，基於負責任態度，並維護消費者權益，自即日起主動自行下架部分食用油產品，並啟動消費者退貨服務機制。
衛福部次長許銘能今天証實，頂新表示這21項產品使用購自大統生產的油品，頂新則是替味全代工產製，而對於頂新是否早就知情，許銘能說，這部分還要再求證，若證實頂新早就知情，不排除重罰1500萬！
屏東縣政府衛生局已通報各縣市政府衛生局頂新製油實業有限公司代工味全部分油品使用大統長基橄欖油混充，並請各縣市政府衛生局協助通知販賣業者下架事宜。
